The World Health Organization (WHO) defines the 2019-nCoV type of corona virus as a pandemic of a new type of disease spread throughout the world, this is not only a public health case, but will touch every sector. The COVID-19 (cov-19) pandemic has resulted in an emergency for the healthy condition of the Indonesian people, so President Joko Widodo has issued Presidential Decree No. 11/2020. In "procuring vaccines and implementing vaccinations for the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic" President Joko Widodo stipulates Presidential Decree No. 14/2021. In choosing health facilities and infrastructure independently & responsibly, every human being has the right to choose according to his wishes, due to the pandemic conditions that concern the interests of the people and the state, so giving vaccinations is actually voluntary because emergency conditions can be forced. Although there is already a legal umbrella for Law No. 4/1984: "Infectious Disease Outbreaks" and Law No. 6/2018: "Health Quarantine", many in the field agree and vice versa on the implementation of vaccination in the community. The purpose of the study is to understand the nature of the administration of the corona vaccine according to the laws and regulations adopted and the factors that occur in society. Using a normative method with a qualitative approach. Giving vaccines to the community is forced. limited availability of vaccines; there are those who support there are those who are antipathy from the community regarding the implementation of vaccination; uneven distribution. The reason for the community's refusal to receive the Covid-19 vaccine is due to different trusts, this is supported by the lack of communication channels as well as the delivery of information that is not well targeted, the data on the type of vaccine is limited in information, the availability of the Covid-19 vaccine, as well as safe conditions. The government should fully support the Nusantara vaccine and the Merah Putih vaccine developed by Indonesian researchers. Pandemi covid-19(cov-19) mengakibatkan kedaruratan kondisi sehat khalayak Indonesia, sehingga Presiden Joko Widodo menetapkan KeppresNo.11/2020. Dalam “pengadaan vaksin dan pelaksanaan vaksinasi untuk penanggulangan pandemi covid-19” Presiden Joko widodo menetapkan Perpres No.14/2021. Dalam memilih sarana juga prasarana kesehatan secara mandiri & bertangggungjawab tiap manusia punya hak memilih sesuai dengan keinginannya, berhubung kondisi pandemi yang menyangkut kepentingan rakyat dan negara lebih diutamakan, jadi pemberian vaksinasi yang sebenaranya bersifat volunteer karena kondisi darurat bisa bersifat dipaksakan. Meskipun sudah ada payung hukum UU No.4/1984:”Wabah Penyakit Menular” serta UU No.6/2018:“Kekarantinaan Kesehatan”, tapi dilapangan banyak yang setuju dan sebaliknya pada pelaksanaan vaksinasi dimasyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk memahami sifat dari pemberian vaksin corona menurut peraturan perundangan yang dianut dan faktor- faktor yang terjadi di masyarakat. Memakai metode normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pemberian vaksin kepada masyarakat bersifat memaksa. keterbatasan ketersedian vaksin; ada yang mendukung ada yang antipati dari masyarakat terkait pelaksanaan vaksinasi; penyaluran yang tidak merata. Alasan penolakan masyarakat dalam menerima vaksin Covid-19 dikarenakan adanya trust yang berbeda, hal ini didukung kurangnya alur komunikasi juga cara penyampaian informasi yang kurang tepat sasaran, data jenis vaksin terbatas informasinya, ketersediaan vaksinCov-19, juga syarat aman. Pemerintah selayaknya mendukung penuh vaksin Nusantara dan vaksin Merah Putih yang dikembangkan para peneliti Indonesia.
Sellers and buyers experience problems in e-commerce transactions and that causes is not understanding in details of legal provisions in the sale and purchase agreement that will be faced. In addition, people does not pay attention in the risks that can be occurs from buying and selling transaction via internet. One of the areas where people often experience various problems in e-commerce transactions are in Blok Duku RT 10/RW 10, Cibubur, East Jakarta area. One of the efforts taken to overcome this problem is to socialize the Law on Consumer Protection and provides tips for people around as a seller or buyers to understand the contents of the sale and purchase agreement, also understand the problems and risks that can be occur from e-commerce transaction. At this level, online socialization is needed. Within this activity, people around that area who once did not have a complete and clear knowledge of the problems in e-commerce transaction became understand. In addition, the target achievements will result that people around that area gets an adequate understanding in the safety of e-commerce transaction. The output of this activity will be form of article in journal publised by Universitas Tarumanagara. The socialization of this activity are carry out by survey methods, lectures, and question and answer sessions. Thus, people around that area could understand the risks to be faced and able to be feel safety in e-commerce transactions.ABSTRAK:Pelaku usaha maupun konsumen banyak mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam transaksi e-commerce dan hal yang sering menjadi penyebab adalah tidak memahami secara mendetail mengenai ketentuan hukum dalam perjanjian jual beli dan berbagai risiko-risiko yang akan dihadapi. Selain itu, masyarakat juga tidak memperhatikan risiko-risiko yang dapat terjadi dalam transaksi jual beli melalui media internet. Salah satu daerah yang masyarakatnya sering mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam transaksi e-commerce adalah di daerah Blok Duku RT 10/ RW 10, Cibubur, Jakarta-Timur. Salah satu upaya yang ditempuh dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut, yaitu melakukan sosialisasi Undang-undang mengenai Perlindungan Konsumen dan memberikan kiat-kiat supaya masyarakat sebagai penjual ataupun pembeli memahami isi perjanjian jual beli dan mengetahui hak-haknya serta memahami masalah dan risiko yang dapat timbul dari transaksi e-commerce. Pada level ini diperlukan sosialisasi secara online. Melalui kegiatan ini, warga sekitar yang semula tidak mempunyai pengetahuan yang utuh dan jelas mengenai permasalahan dalam transaksi e-commerce menjadi paham. Selain itu, target capaian yang akan dihasilkan adalah masyarakat mendapatkan suatu pemahaman yang memadai berkenaan dengan transaksi e-commerce yang aman. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa tulisan dalam artikel di jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Tarumanagara. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode survei, ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab. Dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat memahami akan risiko-risiko yang akan dihadapi sehingga dapat melakukan transaksi e-commerce yang aman

Children are one of the legal subjects who have the potential to become victims of violence. Violence faced by children can be in the form of physical, psychological, sexual and neglect. Against these various types of violence, the Domestic Violence Law and the Child Protection Law can serve as the basis for criminalizing the perpetrators. In the Child Protection Law, even criminal sanctions against perpetrators of sexual violence against children are weighted for punishment. Furthermore, the law is equipped with additional penalties in the form of announcing the identity of the perpetrator, and action sanctions in the form of chemical castration and installation of electronic detection devices. However, efforts to overcome violence against children are not enough to rely on criminal sanctions. This is evidenced by the rise in the number of violence against children. Therefore, prevention efforts are needed through increasing understanding of the importance of making helping others a basic need of human life. So that each individual will always help and provide assistance to children who need help. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out using the lecture, discussion and question and answer method at Loyola High School Semarang. The activity begins with material exposure regarding forms of violence, sanctions and prevention. After the presentation, there was a discussion session and a question and answer session regarding the material that had been presented. The results of the service implementation activities were obtained by understanding various information about child violence and its prevention.Anak menjadi selah satu subjek hukum yang berpotensi menjadi korban kekerasan. Kekerasan yang dihadapi oleh anak dapat berupa kekerasan fisik, psikis, seksual dan penelantaran. Terhadap berbagai kekerasan tersebut, UU KDRT dan UU Perlindungan Anak dapat menjadi dasar pemidanaan terhadap pelaku. Dalam UU PerlindunganAnak bahkan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku kekerasan seksual terhadap anak terdapat pemberatan pemidanaan. Lebih lanjut dalam undang-undang tersebut dilengkapi pidana tambahan berupa pengumuman identitas pelaku, dan sanksi tindakan berupa kebiri kimia dan pemasangan alat pendeketksi elektronik. Namun upaya penanggulangan kekerasan terhadap anak tidak cukup hanya mengandalkan sanksi pidana. Hal ini terbukti dengan maraknya angkakekerasan terhadap anak. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan melalui peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjadikan menolong orang lain sebagai kebutuhan dasar hidup manusia. Sehingga setiap individu akan senantiasa menolong dan memberikan bantuan kepada anak yang membutuhkan bantuan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanyajawab di SMA Kolese Loyola Semarang. Kegiatan diawali dengan paparan materi berkenaan dengan bentuk kekerasan, sanksi dan pencegahannya. Setelah paparan dilakukan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab berkenaan dengan materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian diperolehnya pemahaman mengenai berbagai informasi seputar kekerasan anak dan pencegahannya.
Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between man and woman who become husband and wife creating the happy and eternal family in the name of God Almighty. To conduct a marriage, the prospective groom and bride must meet marriage terms and conditions, or else the marriage itself may be cancelled. The cancellation of marriage is one way of breaking the bond which requirements and principles are flawed. In the provisions of article 71 letter (e), the Islamic law compilation decrales that the marriage held without an authorized guardian will result on abolishment or be considered never exist. Neverthless, the cancelled marriage does not abolish the parental obligation of the children. The child remains legitimate and they are under their parents responsibility. Meanwhile, in the case of shared assets, in Islamic law, husband and wife can choose to use the method of Ash Sulh (negotiation),‘Urf (customary law), and the last option is Qadha (justice).
