This research offers a method for separating the components of tissue impedance, namely resistance and capacitive reactance. Two objects that have similar impedance or low contrast can be improved through separating the real and imaginary images. This method requires an Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) device. EIT can obtain potential data and the phase angle between the current and the potential measured. In the future, the device is very suitable for imaging organs in the thorax and abdomen that have the same impedance but different resistance and capacitive reactance. This device consists of programmable generators, Voltage Controlled Current Source (VCCS), mulptiplexer-demultiplexer potential meters, and phase meters. Data collecting was done by employing neighboring, while reconstruction was used the linear back-projection method from two different data frequencies, namely 10 kHz and 100 kHz. Phantom used in this experiment consists of distillated water and a carrot as an anomaly. Potential and phase data from the device is reconstructed to produce impedance, real, and imaginary images. Image analysis is performed by comparing the three images to the phantom. The experimental results show that the device is reliable.

Kebutuhan sistem otomatis untuk media cuci tangan sangat tinggi karena cuci tangan dengan sabun mempunyai efektifitas yang baik demi pencegahan penyebaran virus SARS-CoV-2. Selain itu media cuci tangan otomatis juga dapat menghindarkan penyebaran virus ini secara tidak langsung melalui sentuhan tangan dengan permukaan benda seperti kran air. Rangkaian elektronika berupa sensor cahaya (LDR), rangkaian komparator, rangkaian transistor sebagai saklar elektronik dan logika relay dapat digunakan sebagai sistem otomasi bagi media cuci tangan. Konsep sistem ini berbasis pengetahuan dasar Fisika terutama pada bidang listrik dan magnet sehingga dengan mempelajari dan menerapkan sistem otomasi berbasis rangkain elektronika ini dapat pula menjadi terapan dari teori–teori Fisika yang dipelajari di Sekolah Menengah Atas maupun sederajat. Melalui program pelatihan otomasi media pencuci tangan berbasis rangkaian elektronika pada siswa SMA dan MA ini maka para siswa dapat menerapkan secara riil teori Fisika listrik dan magnet untuk memecahkan permasalahan dalam masyarakat secara langsung yaitu pencegahan penyebaran virus SARS-CoV-2 sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dalam mempelajari Fisika.

AbstrakKandungan deterjen yang cukup tinggi dalam air dapat menyebabkan pengurangan kadar oksigen. Pada konsentrasi 0,5 mg/liter deterjen sudah mempu membentuk busa sehingga menghambat difusi oksigen dari udara ke permukaan badan air. Pada kadar deterjen alkil sulfat 15 mg/liter, dapat mematikan ikan mas. Deterjen juga mencemari lingkungan, terutama kandungan fosfat yang menyuburkan enceng gondok, sehingga mengurangi jatah oksigen terlarut bagi biota air. Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sistem pengolahan limbah deterjen metode elektroflotasi yang mudah dan murah serta efisien. Beberapa variasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kondisi optimum proses yang meliputi kecepatan alir, kuat arus dan jumlah kolom. Kondisi optimum didapatkan pada reactor ini yang mana mampu menghasilkan daya reduksi limbah diterjen sebesar 78.33%. Kata kunci: limbah deterjen, elektroflotasi, oksigen terlarut AbstractThe detergent content is quite high in water effecting on oxygen reduction. At concentration of 0.5 mg /liter detergent forming foam that inhibits the diffusion of oxygen from air to surface water bodies. Alkyl sulfate detergents at levels of 15 mg / liter, can kill goldfish. Detergents were polluting the environment, especially the phosphorus content nourish water hyacinth, thus reducing the share of dissolved oxygen for aquatic biota. In this research, we have developed a wastewater treatment system based electroflotation. This electroflotation method perform several is easy and inexpensive and efficient. Some variations made to obtain optimum process conditions that include the flow rate, strong currents and the number of columns. The optimum conditions obtained in this reactor which can generate waste reduction by 78.33%. Keywords: detergent waste, electroflotation, dissolved oxygen.
