Abstract: AbstrakKandungan deterjen yang cukup tinggi dalam air dapat menyebabkan pengurangan kadar oksigen. Pada konsentrasi 0,5 mg/liter deterjen sudah mempu membentuk busa sehingga menghambat difusi oksigen dari udara ke permukaan badan air. Pada kadar deterjen alkil sulfat 15 mg/liter, dapat mematikan ikan mas.
