The Covid-19 problem that continues to haunt public life impacts the implementation of religion in society. For this reason, faith has moved itself to overcome the prevention that has been carried out. Religion plays a significant role in regulating human life, so religious leaders are always expected to provide guidance and religious doctrine in responding to covid 19. The purpose of this study was to find out about the views of Islamic religious leaders and from religious doctrine itself in responding to the Covid pandemic. -19. The method used is the descriptive qualitative research method. Primary data sources are sources taken directly from religious organization figures such as Nahdlatul Ulama, Persatuan Islam, and Muhammadiyah. The secondary data sources are literature such as books, journals, and other scientific works to collect data systematically. Data analysis was carried out in several ways, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. Religious institutions also have a role in the community in responding to the Covid-19 outbreak, namely moving in helping the community, providing solutions and contributing according to government regulations to the community. In matters of worship, the community must know whether the rules of congregational worship are allowed or not and whether other sacred places are allowed to be visited. It all goes into the role of religious institutions in guiding the community.
Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain, pertama,untuk mengetahui Rencana Kebijakan Penelitian berkaitan Rencana Kerja Tahunan di UIN SGD Bandung 2015-2019. Kedua, Untuk mengetahui Analisis perencanaan Kebijakan Penelitian di UIN SGD Bandung periode 2015-2019. Ketiga,Untuk mengetahui apa saja rekomendasi hasil Analisis Perencanaan Kebijakan Penelitian UIN SGD Bandung.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi, metode pendekatanpendekatan analisis yuridis normatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; pertama : sosialisasi rencana kebijakan penelitian; belum dilakukan secara masif, jarang di sosialisasikan ke dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai calon peneliti; bahwa hal-hal yang substansi dan administrasi perlu dilakukan sosialisasi lebih dini sehingga peneliti selalu ada yang memberikan catatan. Kedua, Rencana kebijakan penelitian, pada tahun tahun sebelumnya lebih mengutamakan Pemerataan Penelitian; harapanya tahun berikutnya lebih menghadirkan karya yang inovatif dan kreatif untuk menjawab tantangan di masa yang akan datang. Ketiga, Sejalan dengan tujuan penelitian UIN SGD Bandung bahwa Kebijakan Arso & Halim Jurnal Perspektif Vol. 01; No. 02; 2017; 29-52 30 www.perspektif.uinsgd.ac.id aplikasi; hasil-hasil rencana kebijakan penelitian sebaiknya ditindaklanjuti, dipublikasikan dan diterbitkan hasil penelitian tersebut agar bermanfaat untuk orang banyak.mewujudkan penelitian berarti turut serta mewujudkan visi dan misi UIN SGD Bandung; Keempat, Perlunya penguatan dan peningkatan kualitas pemerataan mutu kebijakan penelitian dan administrasi, kontennya pada kualitas isi dan administrasi; Kelima, Pembidangan rencana kebijakan penelitian harus segera diatur sebaik-baiknya lintas fakultas yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan gunung Djati Bandung.
Generally, local traditions in urban areas are regressed or extinct along with modernization or globalization processes. But the tradition that is still maintained by a group of people can be found in Kampung Ceger RW 18 Jakasetia Bekasi City. Arisan tradition in this village is motivated by religious factors, Islam. This research analyzes the perpetrators and the tradition values that are oriented on Islamic teachings and its role in Arisan tradition. The phenomenon of Arisan in Betawi community can be analyzed with the motivation theory of Max Weber. The results show the Arisan tradition has religious motivation. The religious motivation element is the Betawi’s existence who belongs to the group Raden and Kai (ordinary people) as perpetrators. Other observed elements are togetherness, reciprocity, watchful, and mutually beneficial. These values are in accordance with Islamic teachings, such as solidarity and righteousness. Thus, the values legitimize Arisan tradition in the Betawi community.
