Abstrack : This study aims to determine the response of students of the Madin qualification program to Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) courses as well as the implementation of the AIK course learning at STIT Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro where almost all of these students have Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) background. This study used a qualitative descriptive analytic method, with a focus on research of 5th semester students with a total number of respondents as many as 29 students who were the 2018 class. Data collection techniques used in this study included observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study can be given the meaning that (1) the provision of AIK courses to Madin students is well accepted and necessary to increase knowledge insight; (2) based on the results of interviews with students in the class, the lecturer gave a very good understanding and did not blame other understandings; (3) the material is in accordance with the curriculum and can provide great influence on the Muhammadiyah perspective so that it allows them to understand Muhammadiyah. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa program kualifikasi Madin terhadap mata kuliah Agama Islam dan KeMuhammadiyahan (AIK) serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata kuliah AIK di STIT Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro dimana hampir semua mahasiswa tersebut memiliki latar belakang Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian pada mahasiswa semester 5 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 29 mahasiswa yang merupakan angkatan 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pemberian mata kuliah AIK kepada mahasiswa Madin diterima dengan baik dan diperlukan untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan; (2) berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan mahasiswa di kelas, dosen memberikan pemahaman yang sangat baik dan tidak menyalahkan pemahaman lain; (3) Materi yang sesuai dengan kurikulum dan dapat memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap cara pandang Muhammadiyah sehingga memungkinkan mereka memahami Muhammadiyah
This article aims to describe students' perceptions of online learning on social interaction. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation instruments, online surveys, group discussion forums with the research subjects of the 2018 class of PGMI students STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang, Indonesia. The results of the study show that online learning on campus online learning is integrated with SIAKAD and other applications such as google classroom, WhatsApp, Zoom, Jitsi, google meet, etc. for teleconferencing during student presentations and discussions. Students are able to take online lectures well. The student's perspective on online lectures runs quite well despite some obstacles including internet connection, some materials are difficult to understand because they are only given assignments and discussions are carried out through siakad. The impact of online learning on social interactions, among others, is that communication and learning can run well and be flexible, there is miscommunication, and some have difficulty understanding the material.
A good environment can be formed through relationships between employees. The relationship between these employees will later have an effect on employee performance, it can be concluded that the relationship between employees is very important to be in the scope of a company organization. Workplace bullying is an act that should not exist in a company or organization. However, it cannot be denied that workplace bullying is now a phenomenon and a problem for companies. The existence of workplace bullying against employees will cause an employee to feel threatened and if there is constant eating it will cause the employee to have the intention to change jobs (turnover intention ) and looking for a new workplace out there, besides that workplace bullying also causes dissatisfaction dan decrease employee performance which will also disrupted company operations. This research uses quantitative research. Data analysis in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis test. The population in this study were employees of the Amaris Hotel Surabaya and data collected using a questionnaire and the sample used in this study was a saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that workplace bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And job satisfaction cannot moderate the relationship workplace bullying to turnover intention.
In the context of higher education, leadership is a very strategic element, because leadership has a role to encourage change in an organization. Leadership in higher education organizations, of course, the Chancellor is a real leader who plays a role in determining the performance of higher education organizations. The Chancellor as the highest leader in higher education institutions is one element that plays an important role in moving the performance of existing human resources. Besides that, one of the factors that becomes a benchmark for the success of a university is the performance of lecturers. With regard to these assumptions, it can be formulated that the purpose of this research has a concrete goal, namely to analyze and describe how the leadership style of the Chancellor of UM Jember in motivating, trying, and evaluating lecturer performance. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design at UM Jember with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation
