Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur derajat kesehatan. Salah satu penyebab tidak langsung diantaranya adalah ibu hamil tersebut tidak mengikuti kegiatan kelas ibu hamil. Kelas ibu hamil di Indonesia sudah terbentuk 89,9% kelas ibu hamil dari 9.993 Puskesmas dan rata-rata tingkat partisipasi kelas ibu hamil masih di bawah 75%. Tingkat partisipasi kelas ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sumedang Selatan masih rendah baru mencapai 50%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor predisposisi dan faktor penguat yang berhubungan dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumedang Selatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Rancangan penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan unvaried, bivariate dan multivariate. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariate dari 4 variabel yang diteliti didapatkan hasil hubungan pekerjaan dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil nilai p:0,011, pengetahuan dengan nilai p: 0,019, sikap dengan nilai p : 0,007 dan dukungan suami dengan nilai p : 0,026. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel pekerjaan, pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan suami dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumedang Selatan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Perlu adanya evaluasi secara berkala dalam pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil di puskesmas, untuk perbaikan dan tindak lanjut ke depan.
Hospital is one of the public health service providers. Based on the status of participation in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, there are 2 (two) categories of patients in the hospital, namely patients who are JKN participants and non-JKN participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the JKN program membership status and patient satisfaction at Sumedang Regional General Hospital. The research design used was quantitative. The samples involved were 150 people. The instrument used was a standard questionnaire from Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2017. Descriptive data analysis was performed with frequency distribution while bivariate data analysis used Chi square. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between JKN membership status and patient satisfaction with services at the Sumedang Regional General Hospital, with a pvalue of 0.000. There were 5 JKN participant respondents (3.3%) who were dissatisfied, 35 respondents (23.3%) were dissatisfied. There were 43 respondents (28.7%) who stated that they were satisfied with JKN, while 4 people (2.7%) stated that they were very satisfied. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between JKN membership status and patient satisfaction with services at the Sumedang Regional General Hospital.
