The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of human maps learning media on learning motivation in science concept 2 basic subjects in Semester 4. The problem formulation in this study is whether the use of human maps learning media is effective on learning motivation in science concept 2. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of research that is experimental research design using Quasi Experimental in the form of Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample Ttest obtained significance of 0.0 (0.00 <0.05) and tcount> ttable (6.835> 1.699). Thus it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, namely the use of human maps learning media is effective against learning motivation in the Basic Concepts of Science 2 students in Semester 4 Campus V UNM Parepare.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tentang gaya siswa kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 107 Pinrang, dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Deskripsi fokus penelitian ini adalah fokus proses dan fokus hasil. Fokus proses menitikberatkan pada penerapan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics): Lifting Hydraulic, sedangkan fokus hasil yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar tentang gaya siswa kelas IV. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 107 Pinrang tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa 15 orang terdiri dari 6 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan proses dan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II dengan masing-masing memperoleh nilai dari aspek guru pada siklus I 67% dan siklus II 87% sedangkan aspek siswa pada siklus I 62% dan siklus II 80%, serta hasil ketuntasan belajar siklus I 67% dengan nilai rata-rata 70 dan siklus II ketuntasan belajar mencapai 80% dengan nilai rata-rata 81. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics): Lifting Hydraulic dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang gaya siswa kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 107 Pinrang.
