The collected data was analysed by calculated mean score and Standard Deviation. t-test and co relational tests were applied to find out the relation between academic environment at school and students’ learning. The study concluded that there was a positive co-relation between academic environment and students’ learning. The study also recommended that secondary school management should focus in ensuring positive academic environment at school to enhance students’ learning output and overall growth and development.
The study was conducted to investigate the impact of the rotation model of BL on the creative writing skills of EFL learners in the Pakistani context. The main purpose of this experimental research is to enhance the English writing skill of the learners and the instructional approaches used by the teaching faculty members. The paper offers experimental research on EFL learners of four Federal Government Secondary Schools, including male and female. The researcher used pre-test, post-test, lesson plan and scoring rubrics as a tool. The paper discovers that the rotation model of blended learning is more suitable for the English writing skills of EFL learners than the conventional method. The results suggest that the application of the rotation model of blended learning in writing skills helps the learners produce significant and better performance compared to the conventional method of instruction. The findings also indicate that female EFL learners performed better than male EFL learners in the experimental group.
Virtual education is a mode of education that is an opportunity for learners through synchronous and asynchronous educational technologies. This study aimed to find out the perspective of virtual 'Education-for-All' in higher education in Pakistan. It could not be underestimated as it was a vast job opportunity and a second opportunity for individuals. The population of this study was postgraduate learners of the Virtual University of Pakistan. The sample was drawn by using multi-staged random sampling techniques. At the first stage, 15 campuses (three from the university's own and twelve from affiliated campuses) were selected. At the second stage, 30 postgraduate students from each selected campus were selected randomly to make a total of 450 for the sample. The data was collected through a questionnaire developed on a five-pointed Likert scale. The research findings showed that the virtual education mode ensures 'Education-for-All' facilities for learners beyond gender biasness, geographical boundaries, cultural barriers, and in-service individuals. It was recommended that virtual education should expand at a large scale to provide the opportunity to the majority of the population.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
