<p dir="ltr"><em>This study aims to measure the effect of Islamic Human Capital and career development on the performance of Islamic Bank employees in Pasaman district. This research was a causality research with a quantitative approach based on statistical data and empirical data at the research location. The population in this study were employees of Islamic Banks in Pasaman district. Sampling was carried out by total sampling, consisting of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Syariah BTPN and Bank Nagari Syariah, as many as 32 people. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis, it appears that Islamic Human Capital has a positive effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). While the career development variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.589). Simultaneously, the Islamic Human Capital variable and career development have an effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). The findings of this study reveal the importance of improving Islamic Human Capital and career development efforts in improving the performance of Islamic Bank employees, especially in Pasaman district</em></p><div><span><br /></span><p dir="ltr"><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh </span><span>Islamic Human Capital </span><span>dan pengembangan karir</span><span>terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Syariah di Kabupaten Pasaman. <em>This study aims to prove that legislation or government regulation (No. 103 of 2000) relating to pawnshops still have not touched the side of shari'a, thus because its existence is intended for business purposes and does not touch the social side. Whereas the original purpose of al-Rahn contract is for social purposes. Changes in the transaction purpose of social objectives into the business transaction will result in social problems. The research method with a theoretical framework Maqasid al-Shariah that seen from the legal perspective (Islam), ethics, and the unity will be linked with the Fatwa No. 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Rahn, DSN-MUI No. 26 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Gold Rahn and DSN No. 68 / DSN-MUI / III / 2008 concerning Rahn tasjily as a reference of the technical implementation in implementing the Islamic pawnshop Organization products. The study concluded that the presence of the Islamic pawnshop just touches the side of the law, but the ethics and the unity is still neglected, for example, the issue of justice and social inequality and this paper describes how should the rules applied by social institutions so that the application of al-Rahn can be applied in its tracks, to reduce social- economic inequalities.</em> Penelitian ini betujuan ingin membuktikan bahwa Undang-undang atau Peraturan Pemerintah (Nomor 103 tahun 2000) yang berkaitan dengan pegadaian masih belum menyentuh sisi syariah, hal demikian dikarenakan keberadaanya diperuntukan untuk tujuan bisnis belaka dan tidak menyentuh sisi sosialnya. Padahal tujuan awal disyariatkannya akad al-rahn adalah untuk tujuan sosial. Perubahan tujuan transaksi dari tujuan sosial merubah dengan transaksi bisnis akan berakibat pada masalah sosial. Metode penelitian dengan kerangka teori Maqasid al-Shariah yang dilihat sisi hukum (Islam), etika, dan tauhid akan dihubungkan dengan Fatwa No. 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 tentang Rahn, DSN-MUI No. 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002 tentang Rahn Emas dan Fatwa DSN No. 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008 tentang rahn tasjily sebagai rujukan dari pelaksanaan teknis dalam melaksanakan produk Lembaga Pegadaian Syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberadaan Pegadaian Syariah hanya menyentuh sisi hukum saja, namun sisi etika dan tauhid masih terabaikan, misalnya masalah keadilan dan kesenjangan sosial dan tulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana seharusnya peraturan-pertauran yang diterapkan lembaga sosial sehingga penerapan al-rahn dapat diterapkan di jalurnya yaitu untuk mengurangi kesenjangan sosial-eonomi
The purpose of this article is to describe the integration model of social and physical science into digital-based learning. Indonesia’s education system currently uses digital technology in the education process so that the absorption and teaching methods will be more easily understood. The use of Econophysical modeling in digital learning can be developed in the form of recording all transaction networks carried out by consumers using physics modeling in applied physics usage. Then every track record of transactions with physics modeling will be linked to Hardware, Software, and Contents Development. So that the data process will be formed very quickly from every existing transaction. Then all existing data will be collected in big data analysis which then becomes digital-based econophysical modeling. Its application in education by teachers and lecturers is administratively contained in the lesson plan and syllabus while in the learning process linked with Hardware, Software, Contents Development for the formation of modeling in learning econophysical courses.
<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to find out the methodology of DSN-MUI fatwa in response to the problems of Muslims in Indonesia related to economy. The DSN-MUI comes by issuing its fatwa with a distinctive fatwa methodology, called mutawassitah (moderation) between the mutasâhil (liberal) method and the mutasyaddid (textualist) method. There are about 116 fatwas issued by DSN-MUI from 2000 to present time (2017). The first fatwa on Giro 01/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 and the latest fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/II/2017 on Uang Elektronik Syariah. The approach in this study is the mashlahah approach, the jurisprudence (fiqh) principles and madhhab comparison especially mutasyaddid (texstualist) and mutasâhil sects (liberal). This study concludes that the methodology of the DSN-MUI fatwa declaring with moderation methodology is in fact closer to the mazhab of mutasâhil even though the approach of fiqhiyah approaches more closely to the textualist but the subtance is closer to the madhhab mutasâhil.</p><p><strong>Abstrak: Moderasi Metodologi Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia dalam Perkembangan Ekonomi Syariah.</strong> Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model metodologi fatwa DSN-MUI dalam menjawab persoalan umat Islam di Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi. DSN-MUI hadir dengan mengeluarkan fatwanya dengan metodologi fatwa yang khas, yaitu dengan jalan mutawassitah (moderasi) antara metode mutasâhil (liberal) dan metode mutasyaddid (tekstualis). Ada sekitar 116 fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh DSN-MUI dari tahun 2000 sampai sekarang (2017). Fatwa pertama tentang Giro bernomor 01/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 dan fatwa terakhir bernomor 116/DSN-MUI/II/2017 tentang Uang Elektronik Syariah. Pendekatan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan mashlahah, kaidah-kaidah fikih dan perbandingan mazhab terutama mazhab mutasyaddid (tekstualis) dan mazhab mutasâhil (liberal). Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa metodologi fatwa DSN-MUI yang mendeklarasikan dengan metodologi moderasi, kenyataannya lebih mendekati kepada mazhab mutasâhil walaupun proses pendekatan fiqhiyah lebih mendekati mazhab tekstualis, akan tetapi subtansinya lebih mendekati mazhab mutasâhil.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> moderation, fatwa, DSN-MUI, Islamic economic</p>
<em>This research attempts to analyze the effect of religiosity and culture on purchasing decisions in buying cafe food in Bukittinggi partially or simultaneously. The design of this study is quantitative correlational. The population is Muslim teenagers in the city of Bukittinggi. The sample of this study was Muslim teenagers in the Bukit Tinggi town who bought cafe food. Furthermore, the determination of the sample to be used as the respondent was done by purposive sampling, by taking and selecting Muslim adolescents in Bukittinggi as respondents.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: partially Religiosity and Culture have a positive effect on purchasing decisions in buying cafe food, while Religiosity and Culture simultaneously influence purchasing decisions in buying cafe food where the contribution of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 38.8% and the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other variables which are not included in this similarity regression or variables not examined.</em>
