The purpose of this study aims to determine the relationship between secure attachment and independence in class X SMA / MA Ar-Risalah padang. The independent variable in this study is secure attachment and the dependent variable in this study is independence. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of the secure attachment and the scale of independence. The data collection technique in this study was a simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were grade X students of SMA / MA Ar-Risalah Padang, amounting to 192 people. The sample of the study was 115 students of class X SMA / MA ARRisalah Padang. The validity of thescale secure attachment moves from rix =0.326 to rix = 0.942 and reliability 0.952. For the scale of independence, move from rix = 0.322 to rix = 0.810 and reliability 0.952. The hypothetical test result is 0.312 with a significant level of 0.001 indicating there is a relationship between secure attachment and independence. The secure attachment amount ofwith independence is 10% and 90% is determined by other factors
The research aims to knowing relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement in VIII grade student junior high school. Independent variables in this study is learning discipline and dependent variables is learning achievement. This measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of learning discipline. Sampling technique in this study use random sampling technique. The sample in this study was 110 VIII grade student. For Y variable (learning achievement) data using semester 1 and 2 average values. Learning discipline questioner before being used for research try it first. Validity and reliability tes in this study using alpha cronbach technique. The result of the trials of the two instrument are only valid questioner which will be used in the research. The result of the coefficients on the learning discipline move from rix=0,348 to rix= 0,685 with a reliability coefficients of α = 0,867. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0,226 with significant level of 0,018<0,05 whichmean hypothesis is accepted. The show that there is weak and unidirectional relationship between learning achievement in class VIII in junior high school 1 in solok city that is, if the higher learningdiscipline ,the higher learning achievement. As for the effective contribution of the learning discipline of learning achievement of 5%
This study aims to determine the differences in independence of kindergarten-aged children in terms of working and nonworking mothers in the kindergartens over Talawi district, Sawahlunto sity. This research is a type of comparative research. The variable used in this study is independence. The sampling technique uses random sampling where samples from the population were carried out randomly without regard to strata that exists in the population. The sample of this study was 161 kindergarten children consisting of 49 working mothers and 112 non-working ones. The data collection method uses children's independence scale. The results of the study based on statistic calculations which were obtained a mean value of 111,69 for non-working mothers and 101,65 for working ones. Calculation of Independent Sample t-Test is obtained t-count> t-table (3,934> 1,975) and P value (0,00 <0,05), then Ho is denied, so it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the level of independence of kindergarten-aged children referred to working and non-working mothers in the kindergartens over Talawi district, Sawahlunto city
Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung didalam kelompok pengajian Guba di kota Bengkulu melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk minuman sehat berupa susu jagung sebagai alternatif meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pemilihan topik berupa pembuatan susu jagung ditunjang dari adanya peluang dari produk susu jagung yaitu adanya minat konsumen, usaha pembuatan dan penjualan susu jagung yang tidak memerlukan modal terlalu besar serta informasi bahwa di Kota Bengkulu belum banyak ditemukan usaha pembuatan atau penjualan susu jagung di kota Bengkulu. Kelompok pengajian Guba merupakan organisasi sosial yang mayoritas beranggotakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga perantau asal Sumatera Barat yang berdomisili di Kota Bengkulu yang sebagian besar tidak memiliki pekerjaan tambahan di luar rumah serta tersebut tergolong kelompok usia produktif sehingga berpotensi untuk menjadi lebih produktif khususnya dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan berupa pelatihan pembuatan susu jagung sebagai keterampilan alternatif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu kelompok pengajian Guba Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara memberi pelatihan tentang pembuatan susu jagung. Setelah ibu-ibu mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan mencoba mempraktekkan membuat susu jagung, tim pelaksana meminta respon peserta untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Dari hasil evaluasi diketahui bahwa ibu-ibu anggota kelompok pengajian Guba Kota Bengkulu memberi respon yang baik terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Ibu-ibu tersebut merasa senang memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat susu jagung karena dengan mengolah jagung menjadi susu jagung dapat memberi nilai tambah terhadap jagung itu sendiri serta dapat memberi peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.
Introduction This study aims to determine the relationship between emosional maturity and forgiveness in students of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. The independent variable in this study is emosional maturity and the dependent variable is forgiveness. Methods The measuring instrument used in this research is the emotional maturity scale and forgiveness scale. The population in this study were Students of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti total 0f 460 students. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study were 171 people students of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. Results The validity coefficient of emotional maturity scale obtained corrected item-total correlation values ranging from 0.327 to 0.729 while the reliability coefficient is 0.903. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale forgiveness with corrected item-total correlation values ranging from 0,324 to 0.748 while the reliability coefficient is 0.925. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.452 with a significance level of 0.000 was obtained, which means the hypothesis is accepted. Kesimpulan This shows that there is a significant positive relationship with a high level between emosional maturity and forgiveness into students SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. The effective contribution of the emosional maturity variable on the forgiveness variable is 20%. Keywords: Maturity Emosional, Forgiveness, Students. Abstrak Pendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan forgiveness pada siswa SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kematangan emosi dan variabel terikatnya adalah forgiveness. Metode Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kematangan emosi dan skala forgiveness. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti yang berjumlah 460 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 171 orang siswa di SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. Hasil Koefisien validitas pada skala kematangan emosi dengan nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0,327 sampai dengan 0,729 sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,903. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala Forgiveness dengan nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0,324 sampai dengan 0,748, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,925. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,452 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan tingkat yang tinggi antara Kematangan emosi dan forgiveness pada pada siswa SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. Kontribusi efektif dari variabel kematangan emosi pada variabel Forgiveness adalah sebesar 20%. Kata kunci: Kematangan Emosi , forgiveness, Siswa.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan prasangka pada mahasiswa Tionghoa terhadap mahasiswa pribumi di kota Padang. Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini adalah penyesuaian diri (personal adjustment) dan variabel bebas adalah prasangka. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala peyesuaian diri dan skala prasangka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i etnis tionghoa di kota Padang sebanyak 159 orang. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil validitas pada skala penyesuaian diri bergerak dari rix=0,324 sampai dengan rix=0,750 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α=0,935, sedangkan pada skala prasangka validitas bergerak dari rix=0,322 sampai dengan rix=0,782 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α=0,840. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan prasangka mahasiswa Tionghoa terhadap mahasiswa pribumi, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar -0,594 dengan taraf signifikansi p=0,001. Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan prasangka dengan arah hubungan negatif. Hasil analisis sumbangan efektif prasangka terhadap penyesuaian diri adalah sebesar 35% dan 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
The aim of this research is to see whether there is a relationship between intimate friendship and selfdisclosure in class XI students of SMA N 4 Padang City , Instagram social media users . The dependent variable in this study is Self Disclosure and the independent variable is Intimate Friendship . Measuring instrument used in this study was largely skal a Intimate Friendship and Scale Self Disclosure . The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling, namely, a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member. The probability sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were 147 students of class XI SMA N 4 Padang City . The test results show the coefficient of validity on Intimate Friendship moves from 0, 433 to 0.819, while the coefficient of reliability is 0, 962, And the coefficient of validity on Self Disclosure move from 0,327 to 0,839 while the coefficient of reliability is 0,926. Based on data analysis, correlation values of 0, 165 with a level of signifi Kansi 0,046 which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between Intimate Friendship and Self Disclosure in class XI SMA N 4 Padang City Social Media Users Instagram . With the effective contribution of Intimate Friendship with Self Disclosure to class XI students of SMA N 4 Padang City, Social Media Users Instagram 3 %.
