La importancia atribuida al emprendimiento para el desarrollo económico de los países ha despertado interés en los formuladores de políticas socio económicas e investigadores. Desde el punto de vista académico se trata de dar respuesta a qué factores motivan e influyen en la actividad emprendedora, siendo la intención, un elemento clave para la comprensión del proceso de creación de nuevas empresas. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la influencia de la educación empresarial y la experiencia laboral en la formación de la intención emprendedora de estudiantes universitarios. Se plantea un modelo de intención empresarial a partir de la teoría de la conducta planificada. Los resultados indican una influencia significativa de las capacidades empresariales percibidas sobre la intención emprendedora a través de la actitud hacia la conducta, la norma subjetiva y el control percibido; los conocimientos sobre emprendimiento influyen indirectamente a través del control percibido. La experiencia laboral influye positivamente en las capacidades empresariales percibidas y la educación en emprendimiento.
La importancia de la cultura organizacional en el rendimiento empresarial ha fomentado el interés de los investigadores por este tema y, de los empresarios que buscan mejorar la rentabilidad de sus organizaciones. Sin embargo, la tarea no es fácil, dada la complejidad y diversidad de aspectos a analizar. El objetivo del estudio es explorar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el rendimiento empresarial, proporcionando una visión valiosa de cómo los valores, creencias, normas y comportamientos compartidos en una organización pueden influir en su éxito. Para lo cual se realizó una revisión bibliográfica, que implica la recopilación, evaluación y síntesis de la literatura existente sobre un tema específico. Los resultados han demostrado que la cultura organizacional tiene un impacto significativo en el rendimiento empresarial, desde la motivación de los empleados hasta la toma de decisiones. Futuros estudios podrían explorar en mayor profundidad cómo los factores contextuales, como el sector de la empresa y su estrategia empresarial, influyen en la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el rendimiento empresarial.
El estudio se centra en los desafíos que enfrentan las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMEs) en La Concordia. Los obstáculos financieros, de infraestructura, de gestión y de mercado son las principales dificultades que enfrentan en esta región. Estos desafíos afectan la competitividad de las PYMEs, su capacidad de crecimiento, la generación de empleo y su contribución al desarrollo económico local. El estudio se basó en la relación de las palabras clave, siendo el eje central las PYMEs. Esto permitió identificar la variedad de relaciones que existen con el tema de las PYMEs y cuánto se ha revisado esto en diferentes documentos y registros por autores. Los resultados del estudio proporcionaron una visión detallada de los desafíos que enfrentan las PYMEs en La Concordia. Se identificó que el acceso limitado al financiamiento y las deficiencias en la infraestructura y la tecnología son obstáculos significativos para las PYMEs. Además, se observó que la falta de habilidades de gestión y las oportunidades limitadas de mercado también pueden impedir el desarrollo. El desarrollo y crecimiento de las PYMEs en La Concordia enfrentan varios obstáculos, cada uno de los cuales puede ser un impedimento significativo. Se concluye que las políticas y programas de financiamiento son esenciales para apoyar a las PYMEs en la superación de estos obstáculos. Es necesario un mayor apoyo de las instituciones financieras, tanto públicas como privadas, para mejorar el acceso a capital de estas empresas, facilitando la inversión en áreas clave para su crecimiento, como la infraestructura y la tecnología.
El siguiente trabajo es un ensayo que expone sobre la Gran Depresión (crisis del 1929) y la teoría que propuso Keynes con el objetivo de comprender y dar a conocer tres temas destacables del libro “De Keynes a Keynes. La Crisis Económica Global, En Perspectiva Histórica” realizado por el autor Federico Novelo Urdanivia; donde el primer tema expuesto abarca todo tipo de información sobre la Gran Depresión: su surgimiento, antecedentes, efectos que trajo consigo y cómo se vio perjudicada la economía mundial por la antes mencionada crisis financiera; el segundo tema es protagonizado por el economista John Maynard Keynes, donde se explica su análisis respecto a la economía durante la Gran Depresión y como a raíz de esta fundó la teoría keynesiana, pionera de la macroeconomía; y en el último tema se menciona el regreso de Keynes, a pesar de que su teoría fuera muy criticada, él regresó con aportaciones superiores y nuevos términos económicos, como la escasez y demanda agregada, que ayudaron a afrontar la crisis económica por la que se estaba pasando en ese entonces. El ensayo culmina con sus respectivas conclusiones, destacando que, la teoría de Keynes fue muy apta para afrontar la crisis financiera del momento, ya que, sus propuestas se volvieron muy útiles con la finalidad de atender varias formas en las que estas se presentan ante una crisis económica, y al dar poder a las instituciones financieras, esta teoría fue y sigue siendo uno de las más estudiadas en economía
