It has been developed a microcontroller-based athlete sprint speed data acquisition system. The infrared sensor has two components that act as start and stop, after which the signal is forwarded to the Nodemcu microcontroller and interpreted as a millisecond time variable. The signal is sent to the user via the cloud hosting server, which can be viewed via a smartphone after the data has been processed. The athlete sprints through the two sensors 10 times as a replacement for the 100meter sprint after putting sensor A and sensor B 10 meters apart. Several factors can cause quick or slow travel time when recording athletes' sprints, including (1) The angle created by the body during a run, where the angle of movement influences the width of the steps in the range from a biomechanical standpoint. As a result, the wider the steps are, the greater the distance covered in a single sprint stage. (2) data on athlete endurance and stamina when performing spontaneous 100 m sprints; however, based on the graph created, all athletes do not experience a substantial decrease in speed, implying that the athlete's muscle endurance when performing 100 m sprints is still in good shape.(3) the speed at which data is transmitted from sensors to cloud storage; this may occur if there is a network or service interruption.
The main objective of this research is to produce TiO2/Monmorillorite (MMT) composites as a biodiesel catalyst characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD). In addition, to see the percentage of biodiesel production, it will be characterized using Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). TiO2/MMT composites are used as a catalyst for the production of biodiesel from palm oil. The composite sample was prepared with using the solid state method and it was enough to mix TiO2 and MMT powder with a ratio of 25:75 wt%. In the biodiesel production process, the authors use the transesterification method, where the ratio between methanol and palm oil with a molar ratio of 12: 1 and TiO2/MMT composites catalyst is 3 grams. The transesterification process was carried out at a reaction temperature of 60° C for 3 hours. The results showed that the TiO2/MMT composites catalyst did not experience acid activation to produce biodiesel from palm oil. Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) produced in this process is 60.89%.
Transesterification of palm oil using a TiO2/nano-Monmorillorite (nano-MMT) composite catalyst from Aceh Tamiang bentonite in Biodiesel production has been carried out. Biodiesel is bioenergy obtained from vegetable oils, animal fats, microorganisms, and plants. This is alternative energy to replace fossil fuels, especially diesel oil. Biodiesel is proven to be more environmentally friendly in reducing hydrocarbon and sulfur emissions. In this study, TiO2 will be composited with nano-MMT using the solid-state method and analyzed using XRD. Both of these materials are used as catalysts for biodiesel production. The transesterification process will be used in the production of biodiesel, where the molar ratio of palm oil to methanol is 1:12. TiO2/nano-MMT composite catalyst will be varied (2 and 4 grams). Biodiesel samples will be analyzed using GC-MS. The results obtained show that the TiO2/nano-MMT composite catalyst from Aceh Tamiang bentonite can convert Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) from palm oil. The 2 grams of the composite catalyst produced biodiesel of 89.38% and 4 grams of 64.88%.
This research is a qualitative research that aims to evaluate the scout extracurricular program in the 2013 curriculum in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study focuses on the evaluation of mandatory extracurricular program in the curriculum of 2013 in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru with aspects observed as subfokus of this research problem to support the focus of research is 1) Evaluation of extracurricular context of scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 2) Evaluation Inputekstrakurikuler mandatory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, 3) Evaluation The process of extracurricular implementation of compulsory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The data collection of this research is done by observation, interview, and documentation with Evaluation Models (Substantive) model approach, that is the evaluation model of goal achievement. The results of this research in terms of implementation of context evaluation in extracurricular activities must be good scout. Looks good because it is based on Permendikbud Number 63 Year 2014 About Scouting Education, the implementation of this scout extracurricular is to include teachers in training and get MD certificates to be a supervisor on the extracurricular must scouts. Invite resource persons to increase knowledge of Scout Coaches. Preparing facilities and infrastructure periodically to support scout activities. Evaluation of inputs where for extracurricular activities is mandatory scout in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru students' ability about scout is very minimal because of the number of students from various junior high schools that have not used the Curriculum 2013 and do not place the scout as a compulsory extracurricular. Results of Evaluation Process Implementation of scout activities in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru for planning is made by involving principals, student representatives, scout coodinator and scout coach. This planning is made for 1 year where the beginning of its implementation in the new school year. Types of activities undertaken in this scout activities are social work, ceremonial education, scouting skills, UN and monitored directly by the supervisor of the Education Office Pekanbaru City.
Salah satu usaha rumah tangga dalam bidang pengolahan terasi yang berada di Gampong Simpang Lhee Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa adalah terasi awaina. Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan, proses pencetakan terasi masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan menggunakan tangan, sehingga proses pencetakan terasi memakan waktu yang lama dan menghasilkan cetakan terasi yang tidak seragam ukurannya, maka dari itu tim PKM menawarkan sebuah teknologi tepat guna berupa alat screw press machine sebagai pencetak terasi. Adapun metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi dan solusi mengenai produk yang ditawarkan, serta membuat rancangan mesin screw press yang dibutuhkan oleh mitra, selanjutnya mengadakan pelatihan cara pengoperasian atau penggunaan alat dan perawatan mesin screw press. Kegiatan terakhir yaitu melakukan pendampingan selama dan setelah program berlangsung. Dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan tim PKM memastikan bahwa usaha terasi awaina gampong simpang lhee telah terampil dalam menggunakan mesin screw press, diharapkan dengan adanya mesin screw press tersebut produksi terasi awaina semakin meningkat.
