The article examines the current state of athletes’ training process in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform for 12 minutes. The dynamics of the fulfillment of the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform for 12 minutes by male and femail athletes by weight categories in 2019 was nalyzed and a comparative analysis was carried out with other disciplines of kettlebell lifting. The results of athletes (men aged 18–40 and women 18–35 years old) of the teams of regions of Ukraine of different weight categories (men: up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg, up to 73 kg, up to 78 kg, up to 85 kg, up to 95 kg, over 95 kg; women: up to 58 kg, up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg, over 68 kg) were studied. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, documentary method (study of competition protocols), methods of mathematical statistics. It was found that the number of athletes who first met the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine in 2019 in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands is 5 people (3 men, 2 women); in biathlon – 7 men; in long cycle – 4 men, in classic snatch – 1 woman. It was revealed that in biathlon much more athletes fulfill the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine than in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands, which indicates the insufficient efficiency of the system of training athletes in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform and the need for its improvement.
Classification standards realization by classic kettlebell biathlon athletes Abstract. Introduction. The analysis of weightlifters best results for 2016-2019 according to the weight categories is revealed in the article. The results are compared to both qualification table and the world records. Literature review shows that correct training program for the professional athlete preparation is one of the important ways of their training process improvement. There is a lack of optimal training program for the preparation of professional weightlifters for today. Aim of the survey is to find out the correlation of classification standards realization in classic double-event, to analyze the best weightlifter results on the master and international master levels of Ukraine in classic double-event for 2016-2019 in different weight categories and compare them in between, to investigate the world records in different weight categories and compare them to the best results of Ukrainian athletes. Survey methods are as follows: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, documentary method (the study of protocols and reports of competitions). Results. The survey was conducted in the years of 2016-2019. Weightlifter athletes (18-40 years old males) from regional teams of Ukraine in different weight categories (up to 63 kg, 68 kg, 73 kg, 78 kg, 85 kg, 95 kg, and over 95 kg) took part in the survey. The official protocols of national kettlebell lifting competitions were analyzed to investigate the realization of master and international master level of Ukraine standards in classic double-event and to find out the best results in different weight categories. The world records for different weight categories were compared to the best results of Ukrainian athletes. Conclusions. The best weightlifter results on the master and international master levels of Ukraine classification standards realization in classic kettlebell biathlon for the period of 2016-2019 in different weight categories were analyzed. The analysis gives us the opportunity to say that results for all the weight categories prevail the international master level of Ukraine classification standards except of up to 63 kg one. So, the best of them are increasing from 63 kg weight category to 85 one (225 pushes), and decreasing then towards over 95 kg weight category. The world records for all weight categories are higher than the best results of Ukrainian athletes. The largest differences between the world and Ukrainian results are noticed for the weight categories over 95 and up to 63 kg. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature revealed the lack of research interest to the problem of elaboration of new more effective approaches and methods of professional weightlifters preparation nowadays.
Optimization of the training process of military pentathlon in the conditions of insufficient material supply. Abstract. In the conditions of the movement of Ukraine to the European Union, the functions of the Armed Forces are changing and expanding so that they can meet NATO's standards. In the course of these changes, there is a rebirth of several military multi-sport competitions, among which a special place is given to military pentathlon. The training process of preparation decathletes for the military pentathlon is based not on so strict scientific recommendations, but on many years of experience and recommendations of coaches-practitioners of other types of military-applied multi-sport competitions. At the same time, there is an important but not studied problem of organization and methods of conducting training process in the conditions of insufficient supply, when the application of generally accepted techniques is impossible or ineffective (lack of sports facilities or the impossibility of their use for a long time). The issue of military multi-sport competitions were researched by the following scientists: A. S. Andres, M. M.Lynets, O. V. Rolyuk, Ye. N. Prystupa, S. V. Romanchuk and ot...
The article investigates the peculiarities of training athletes who specialize in ketlebell long cycle, in the preparatory period (special training stage) at the stage of specialized basic training. A survey of ketlebell lifting coaches of Ukraine (n=28) was conducted in order to determine the ratio of means of training athletes at this stage. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, documentary method (study of competition protocols, training plans and diaries), questionnaires, modeling. It was found that the stage of specialized basic training involves the creation of a solid foundation for special training. The main task of this stage is to ensure perfect mastery of rational sports equipment, its individualization. Also to the required level should be developed those physical and volitional qualities that contribute to the improvement and implementation of technical skills in long cycle. For athletes who specialize in long cycle, the stage of specialized basic training covers the age of 17-19 years. According to the results of the coaches' questionnaire, the ratio of means of training athletes in the preparatory period (special preparatory stage) at the stage of specialized basic training was determined: general preparatory exercises – 17.1%, auxiliary – 9.7%, special preparatory – 19.9%, competitive – 53.3%. Among them, exercises with ketlebells accounted for 51.3%, exercises with weights (mostly with a barbell) – 22.6%, running exercises – 20.8%, exercises with own weight – 5.3%. The model of training sessions (shock microcycle) for athletes who specialize in long cycle in the preparatory period (special preparatory stage) at the stage of specialized basic training is substantiated and developed.
