Based on the data obtained during the studies, the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide released during the accelerated processing of livestock waste was established. The design of an experimental setup for modeling the composting process using a biological air filtration system is presented. To ensure effective purification of air from ammonia and hydrogen sulfide generated during the accelerated processing of livestock waste, a method for using organic filter material consisting of compost and wood chips in various ratios is proposed. Also, the optimal time for cleaning air passing through the filter material has been established. The optimum type of filtering material and its characteristics have been experimentally established, ensuring the efficiency of air purification from hydrogen sulfide and ammonia by 97 and 98%, respectively.
The work presents the results of experimental studies on the air purification efficiency after accelerated composting of a mixture of cattle manure and straw in a chamber-type biofermenter. The operation of an experimental plant that simulates this process was described. A process optimization criterion was established, its values were determined for each of the pollutants-ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. The maximum purification efficiency for ammonia was 92%, achieved at 47% moisture content of the filtering material and 58% compost weight parts at 30 °C. For hydrogen sulfide, the maximum purification efficiency was 95%, achieved at 50% moisture content of the filtering material and 52% compost weight part at 28 °C.
The paper studies the reliability of transmission lines of Michurinsk district electric lines in Tambov Region. It evaluates the quality of overhead power transmission lines in the support-insulator-wire system and determines the reliability factor of overhead lines. The paper proposes methodological approaches to the survey of power transmission lines using unmanned aerial vehicles. Their use seems quite promising and profitable, since the cost of such work is an order of magnitude lower.
The authors analyze the results of tree taxation of different apple trees varieties on the territory of I V Budagovsky research and development center at Michurinsk State Agrarian University. The plantation valuation and the establishment of locality class were carried out using the methodology of Michurinsk State Agrarian University. Studies have shown that class quality of the garden can be characterized as high – from 85 to 100 points, which corresponds to the first class of quality. Thus, all graft-rootstock combinations are normally developed, while it was found that within the studied population for a number of graft-rootstock combinations the percentage of normally developed trees is on the verge of transition to a lower quality class. The authors proposed a method for developing a program to automatically determine the state of each tree based on using digital recognition technology, the proposed technology will significantly reduce time and labor costs and exclude the subjective assessment factor.
Одним зі способів боротьби із незаконною вирубкою лісів є постійний моніторінг супутникових знімків деяких районів та розпізнавання на них потенційних вирубок. Метою статті є розроблення системи розпізнавання ділянок вирубок лісів на зображенні зі супутника за допомогою згорткових нейронних мереж з метою своєчасного інформування про незаконні подібні дії у заданому регіоні. Результати дослідження. . Супутниками, з яких були отримані всі необхідні зображення, є Landsat-8 та Sentinel-2, що роблять знімки щодня з 16-денним та 10-денним циклами повторення відповідно. Розпізнавання здійснювалось за допомогою згорткової нейронної мережі, що навчалася на наборі даних великого обсягу. Висновок. Розроблений програмний продукт може виконувати такі функції: вибір координат; зберігання координат для подальшого використання; вибір проміжку часу; завантаження супутникових зображень за вибраний проміжок часу; розпізнавання зображень. Розроблена система є десктопним застосунком. Модульність основних функцій системи дозволить у майбутньому за невеликий час модифікувати їх для використання у повністю автоматизованих системах, не потребуючих управління оператором
The article discusses the increasing efficiency of composting animal waste by substantiating the unloading processes, taking into account the formation of vaults in composting bunker-type installations. The technology of accelerated composting and the characteristic features of unloading the processed material is presented. The design and layout of the working bodies of the arch-breaking unloading device are theoretically and experimentally substantiated. Based on the research results, the unloading device’s optimal design and operating parameters and the values of the consumed power have been determined.
The technique and technology of movement and displacement of the powder product inside the drum dryer with a paddle agitator have been developed. Theoretical studies were carried out to assess the effect of the system of forces on the product inside the rotating drum when the agitator rotating in the opposite direction is exposed to it, which allowed estimating the throughput capability of the drying unit. It is established that, with an increase in the speed of movement and mixing of the product, the drying speed increases. The results of these studies can be used in the future when designing drying units and improving the drying technology.
