This current study is intended to interpret a Balinese cultural product which has taken root in and connected to the Hindu religious system, namely the Rejang Renteng dance. Apart from becoming a cultural product, it also functions as a social cohesion as it involves a significant number of dancers who are children, women, elderly people and the homemakers who become the members of an organisation known referred to as PKK (Family Welfare Education). They interact with one another. The growth and development of the dance have been used as the icon of every Hindu religious activity in Bali, and also as an icon of different social activities. The question is why the Rejang Renteng dance has developed more rapidly than the other dance forms. This current study is also intended to answer different matters on the Rejang Renteng dance, which cannot be separated from the dynamics of the development of the Balinese society which is changing in the current globalisation era. It is also intended to explore the shift in its meaning, function and, which has taken place from the beginning until the current times. The current study was conducted at Masceti Temple Gianyar, Karangasem and Denpasar. The qualitative method, especially the observation, interview and documentary techniques, were applied to collect the data. The data were analysed through four steps; they are reduction, classification, interpretation and conclusion drawing. The informants were determined using the purposive method as they had been determined based on their capacities. The result of the study shows that (1) the Rejang Renteng dance (Rente) can only be performed by the women attaining menopause and are appointed by what is locally referred to as Ida Betara (the God who resides at the temple where the dance is performed) and may not be replaced by others; (2) a purification ceremony is held for the dance; therefore, it is classified as a sacred dance locally referred to as Tari Wali; (3) the Rejang Renteng dance (Rerejangan), which is seasonally performed, is referred to as the Balih-balihan dance; it is a result of the creative reconstruction made by the artists who were inspired by the sacred Rejang dance (Tari Wali). It is massively performed by the women who are the members of the PKK organisation for which no purification ceremony is held. Being a sacred dance, the Rejang Renteng dance is only performed at the temples or the other holy places; however, the creatively reconstructed Rejang Renteng dance can be performed as a part of different religious and social activities. Symbolically, it is a cosmic dance which refers to the concept of the event when the angels descend from the heaven to watch the ritual performed by human beings and is performed in the formation of a circle (renteng). Its sacred meaning empties into the concept of satyam (the truth), siwam (holiness), and sundaram (beauty).

Saat ini rumah sakit sudah bergeser ke arah profit oriented, hal ini karena masuknya Indonesia dalam persaingan pasar bebas yang mengharuskan kita merubah cara pandang terhadap rumah sakit. Jumlah rumah sakit yang semakin meningkat membuat rumah sakit bersaing untuk meningkatkan BOR. Tujuan penelitian menyusun strategi pemasaran layanan rawat inap dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tk II Udayana. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Operational Research, menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan penelitian terdiri dari direktur, manajemen SDM, kepala instalasi rawat inap, kepala keperawatan, humas, dokter, perawat, dan 40 orang pasien rawat inap RS Tk II Udayana. Dalam penelitian ini dipakai teknik wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Selanjutnya ditetapkan faktor-faktor kritis untuk dianalisa melalui FGD (Focus Group Discussion) untuk menentukan bobot (weight) dan rating dari setiap faktor-faktor kritis, sehingga dapat dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan EFE Matrix dan IFE Matrix selanjutnya dengan QSPM Hasil sesuai dengan hasil analisa penelitian untuk prioritas strategi pemasaran bagi layanan rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tk II Udayana adalah dengan Penetrasi Pasar (Market Penetration).Kata kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, QSPM, Penetrasi Pasar
Selama kurang lebih 60 tahun silam Sasolahan Legong Dedari tidak ditarikan, belakangan ini mulai Sasolahan Legong Dedari ditarikan kembali mengingat terjadinya fenomena aneh yaitu; terjadinya secara berturut-turut penduduk meninggal hingga delapan orang (grubug), uang sesari di balai banjar hilang misterius, warga banjar yang tidak harmonis dan terjadinya trend (kerauhan) yang mengisyaratkan beliau Ida Ratu Ayu Mas Maketel (Rangda) berkeinginan untuk tedun masolah kembali (napak pertiwi) diiringi Sasolahan Legong Dedari. Sasolahan Legong Dedari yang tergolong tari Sakral ini hanya ditarikan ketika Upacara piodalan di Balai Banjar Pondok, dan Upacara Piodalan di Pura Luhur Kanda Pat Sari Pangideran Dewata Nawa Sanggha. Penari Sasolahan Legong Dedari wajib hukumnya untuk mengikuti upacara penyucian sebelum menari.Ditarikan kembali Sasolahan Legong Dedari serta Ida Ratu Ayu Mas Maketel (Rangda) Napak Pertiwi tiada lain untuk menetralisir kembali, agar hal-hal aneh tidak terjadi lagi di wilayah Desa Banjar Pondok. Demikian juga masyarakat sangat meyakini dengan ditarikan Sasolahan Legong Dedari serta Ida Ratu Ayu Mas Maketel, merupakan simbol turunnya Ida Sanghyang Widhi Wasa (manifestasinya) diiringi para Widyadara- Widyadari, dapat menyucikan kembali wilayah serta isinya, sehingga masyarakat dapat hidup rukun, damai, tentram sejahtra serta bersenang hati untuk senantiasa meyakini Pura Luhur Kanda Pat Sari Pangideran Dewata Nawa Sanggha dilestarikan sebagai tempat suci pemujaan Beliau.
Since the ancient time Bali has witnessed the harmony of Siva-Buddha religion, as can be seen from numerous cultural artifacts, including the Pegulingan Buddha ?iwa di Pura Pagulingan. This research was aimed at finding the form of the Buddhism artefacts in Pegulingan Temple, the structure of Pegulingan Temple, and the perception of the villager of Desa Pakraman Basangambu upon the, Tampaksiring district, Gianyar regency upon the the harmony of Buddha ?iwa di Pura Pagulingan. The research data is compiled through observation, literature study, and interview; the analysis was done through data reduction and data display, followed by conclusion drawin. The findings of this research was the Siva_buddha artefacts in the temple in form of Buddhism Stupa, and several Siva shrines. These artefacts shows the harmony and similarities of goals, which must be preserved in celebrating the oneness of God.Kebersamaan Agama Siwa-Budha di Bali telah ada sejak jaman dahulu, dibuktikan dengan berbagai tinggalan budayanya, salah satunya di Pura Pegulingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wujud tinggalan dari Agama Budha di Pura Pegulingan, struktur Pura Pagulingan dan persepsi masyarakat Desa Pakraman Basangambu, Kecamatan Tampaksiring, Kabupaten Gianyar terhadap kebersamaan Buddha ?iwa di Pura Pagulingan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, display data dan conclusion rawin/verification. Hasil penelitian ini berupa tinggalan yang bersifat Siwa-Budha di pura tersebut. Tinggalah tersebut berdasarkan penelitian berupa stupa Agama Budha, beberapa palinggih dari Agama Siwa, dan persepsi masyarakat berhubungan dengan kebersamaan Siwa-Budha di Pura tersebut. Keberadaan bangunan suci dari kedua agama tersebut menyiratkan adanya kerukunan dan kesamaan tujuan, yang perlu dijaga melalui kesucian lahir dan batin. Pura tersebut merupakan sarana pemersatu umat, dengan dasar keyakinan bahwa Tuhan itu satu.
This community service aimed to strengthen the religious moderation of teachers at Insan Prestasi School Denpasar. Education is a significant factor in building a tolerant educational environment for all religious adherents. The implementation of religious moderation in education was to build a sense of mutual understanding between students from an early age who have different religious beliefs. Thus, both the curriculum and the books applied at schools should be curriculums that contain the values of pluralism and religious tolerance. The methods used in this community service were lectures, questions and answers, and assignments. Collecting data used observations, interviews, and questionnaires for participant evaluation and evaluation of activity implementation. The results of this community service showed that Insan Prestasi School teachers understood the concept and implementation of religious moderation at schools. Furthermore, teachers can instill the values of multiculturalism, bring religious messages more peacefully, and spread human values to students at school.
