Quantum dots excite interest primarily as luminescent material. Quantum dots of cadmium sulfide created by colloidal synthesis (CQD`s) were investigated. CQD`s such composition allow varying emission peak easily in wide range by changing nanoparticles sizes. Light-emitting structures based on CQD's of cadmium chalcogenides were created. Color rendering index more 90 was obtained. Shows by theoretical modeling possibility to obtain structures with CRI almost 100.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
