Bumdes is a company in a village that needs to establish a competitive advantage. This is because there are many similar businesses throughout Buleleng district. This study aims to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and holistic marketing mix as a source of competitive advantage for BUMDes Buleleng Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SEM GeSCA method. The results showed entrepreneurial orientation has no direct influence on competitive advantage, but the indirect effect through a holistic marketing mix. The competitive advantage of Bumdes in Buleleng district can be created through the development of an entrepreneurial orientation which is translated into marketing activities.
Usaha kecil menengah ( UKM ) masuk dalam pengelompokan jenis usaha yang meliputi industri dan perdagangan. Dimana UKM berperan sebagai daya serap dalam pertumbuhan dan keterampilan tenaga kerja. Tetapi UKM yang ada di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai masalah antara lain masalah promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan. Dalam hal ini pemasaran berperan penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan diimbangi dengan meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja dalam proses produksi dengan cara memaksimalkan kinerja yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kerja. Salah satu UKM yang menarik di Buleleng adalah UKM Dodol Ibu Nyoman Supeni, dimana UKM Dodol milik Ibu Supeni ini terletak di Jalan Pulau Iria, Desa Penglatan, Kecamatan Buleleng, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Dalam UKM Dodol Ibu Nyoaman Supeni perlu melakukan promosi dengan memanfaatkan digital- marketing untuk mempermudah dan menjangkau pemasaran yang lebih luas, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang digitalisasi membuat perlunya pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi sebagai media promosi dan juga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja dalam bidang promosi dengan penggunaan digital- marketing dalam peningkatan penjualan pada UKM milik Ibu Nyoman Supeni.
The growing use of internet-based technologies provides enterprise E-commerce with transformative benefits. The success of E-commerce is determined by the behavior of sellers and their decisions about which platform to use between application-based E-commerce or social media. Online shopping through the internet supports consumers to find information about a product or service and make purchases through direct interaction with online retailers. Word of mouth plays an essential role in consumer behavior, especially in online marketing, which supports consumers seeking more references. This study aims to analyze the effect of E-commerce and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) on consumer behavior in online shopping. The study was conducted on 75 respondents, and researchers used SmartPLS 3.0 to examine the relationship between variables in the model through SEM. From the research results obtained, internet marketing strategies directly affect EWOM and consumer behavior, while EWOM also directly affects consumer behavior. E-commerce startups have the most significant direct positive influence on online shopping consumer behavior across all channels. This result means that Shopee should give prime attention to its E-commerce strategy to increase its consumers.

One is building shop sells a variety of building materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product completeness, location, service and layout on purchasing decisions at the Jaya Raya Store branch pemaron singaraja. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the from of questionnaires, with measuring instruments in the form of agree-disagree scale, in which selected respondents were consumers at the Jaya Raya Shop branch pemaron singaraja ad many as 95 people. All the relationship variables examined in this study showed significant results related to the existence of the completeness of the product, location service, and layout of the purchasing decisions at the jaya raya shop branch pemaron. For that reason, in its realization, the jaya raya shop branch of the pemaron expected to be able to improve the completeness of the product, location,service, and layout so that it can improve purchasing decisions at the jaya raya shop of the branch pemaron.
Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how : (1) the effect of service quality on revisit intention (2) the effect of relationship marketing on revisit intention (3) the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention. The research was conducted on customer of Lia Beaty Salon. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this studi is the customer of Lia Beauty Salon, number of sample is 85 respondens , the sampling technique was non probablity sampling method. . The sample are collected using questionnaires. Data analysis techniqued used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based in Partial Least Square ( PLS) with software version 3.3.3. The result of this study indicate that (1) service quality has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention, (2) relationship marketing has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention, (3) customer satisfaction has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh service quality terhadap revisit intention, (2) Pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap revisit intention (3) Pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan Lia Beauty Salon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Lia Beauty Salon. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik non probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Last Square (PLS) dengan versi software 3.3.3 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. (2) relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. (3) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention
