These studies aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance. The study adopted a quantitative paradigm with a population of employees at the Investigation Department, Immigration Office in Bali, Indonesia. The questionnaire was spread to 253 employees on intervals time three weeks by the number was responding are 115 employees. The results revealed that transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfactionhowever, no significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, this research found that job satisfaction played an essential role as a mediating between transformational leadership on employee performance. The implications of the study represent job satisfaction as a critical role and will be discussed. Whereas, the practical implications concern the importance of administering equity in the transformational leadership values to enhance employee performance.
Sustainable tourism is a concept that is aspired to be realized in the tourism industry so that natural and cultural resources can be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come. This research explores a variety of tourist attractions based on local wisdom values as an effort to create sustainable tourism. Kampung Banceuy is one of the traditional villages that has various values of local wisdom which is still preserved today and is able to attract many tourists. The method used in this research is an explorative qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in an interactive way and continued until completion, so that the data was saturated. The informants in this study were 9 people consisting of traditional leaders, communities, tourism managers, and tourists. The results showed that the value of local wisdom that can be a tourist attraction is village celebration events, cultural festivals, natural tourist attractions, and community life that has educational value. These various tourist attractions are not only oriented towards economic benefits but also act as a medium for the conservation of noble socio-cultural and environmental values as well as having educational value for tourists through the experience of tourism activities. The practice of the value of local wisdom that is still maintained is expected to always be passed on to the younger generation and can be of benefit to many parties, therefore this tourism activity always requires support from various parties.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation, locus of control, and family environment on the entrepreneurial intention of Udayana University students. This research was conducted on entrepreneurial students of Udayana University 2018. The number of samples in this study were 207 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly or online to entrepreneurial students. Analysis of the data in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, self-control center has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, the family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Udayana University should hold more frequent seminars on entrepreneurship so that more and more students are motivated to become young entrepreneurs. This study aim to analyze the influence of visitor experience on satisfaction and the revisit intention. The population were visitors to the museum using the accidental sampling approach. accidental sampling is a technique of determining the sample by chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered suiTabel as a data source. The number of samples used was 216 visitors that valid for analized before data collection, the instruments used in the study were tested first using validity and reliability tests to make sure the instruments were valid and reliable. The analytical used is descriptive and inferential analysis with the Warp Partial Least Square approach. The results showed that experiential marketing had a significant effect on learning in museums, visitor satisfaction, and the desire to return. Learning in museums has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, but has a weak effect on the desire to visit again. Furthermore, visitors who are satisfied tend want to visit again.
