Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik yang paling dominan digunakan pada pertandingan futsal putra profesional. Penelitian ini termasuk pada jenis kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah empat tim liga futsal putra profesional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji frekuensi dan prosentase dari teknik yang paling sering digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penggunaan teknik passing sebanyak 2181 kali, control sebanyak 1853 kali, dribbling sebanyak 422 kali, shooting sebanyak 238 kali, feinting sebanyak 92 kali, heading sebanyak 25 kali, shielding sebanyak 56 kali, turning sebanyak 17 kali, dan chipping sebanyak 37 kali. Sedangkan prosentase penggunaan teknik passing sebesar 44%, control sebesar 37%, dribbling sebesar 9%, shooting sebesar 5%, feinting sebesar 2%, heading sebesar 1%, shielding sebesar 1%, turning sebesar 0%, dan chipping sebesar 1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua teknik yang sangat dominan dalam pertandingan futsal putra professional yaitu teknik passing dan control. The most dominant technique in professional men’s futsal matches AbstractThis study discusses the most dominant technique used in professional men's futsal matches. This research is a quantitative type with the survey method. The sample used took four professional men's futsal league teams with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses a frequency test and the percentage of the most frequently used techniques. The results of this study resulted in passing 2181 times, control 1853 times, dribbling 422 times, shooting 238 times, feinting 92 times, heading 25 times, shielding 56 times, turning 17 times, and chipping 37. While the percentage of the use of passing techniques by 44%, control by 37%, dribbling by 9%, shooting by 5%, feinting by 2%, heading by 1%, shielding by 1%, turning by 0%, and chipping by 1%. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are two techniques that are very dominant in professional men's futsal matches, namely passing and control techniques.
The objective of the study is to identify: (1) the influence of Tabata training from the perspective of “Good” category in preliminary VO2Max level; (2) the influence of Tabata training from the perspective of “Moderate” category in preliminary VO2Max level; (3) the influence of Tabata training from the perspective of “Poor” category in preliminary VO2Max level; and (4) the appropriate preliminary VO2Max level that should be assigned on the Tabata training method. Looking at the objective of the study, the nature of the study is indeed quantitative while the method that had been implemented is the quasi-experimental research with non-equivalent (pre-test and post-test) control group design. Within the conduct of the study, the number of the sample that had been involved was 60 respondents and these samples were gathered by means of quota sampling. Then, the data that had been gathered were analysed by using the paired sample t-test in order to test the hypotheses that had been assigned. The results of the study show that the Tabata training method is appropriate to be assigned in the “Moderate” category of preliminary VO2Max level. Departing from the conclusion, it might be implied that the study might be conducted further by adding the number of the sample and by adding the different type of samples.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingakan dua metode latihan yaitu latihan fartlek dan latihan small side games terhadap peningkatan VO2max. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment dengan sampel berjumlah 20 orang siswa menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan tes multistage fitness test dengan teknik analisis data paired sample t-test dan independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok fartlek mengalami rata-rata peningkatan VO2max sebesar 1,85 ml/kg/mnt, pada kelompok small side games mengalami rata-rata peningkatan VO2max sebesar 1,95 ml/kg/mnt. Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukkan nilai 0,91 yang berarti P > 0,05. Maka dengan demikian tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan antara kelompok fartlek dan small side games terhadap peningkatan nilai VO2max. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan fartlek dan small side games terhadap peningkatan VO2max, tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan antara latihan fartlek dan latihan small side games terhadap peningkatan VO2max.
The training program is an important element in performance sports, this is because it becomes a guideline for training instructions so that training can be carried out optimally. The rapid development of technological knowledge must be used as a moment to accelerate the progress of sports, one of which is by switching to digitalization-based training programs in accordance with the existing developments. This study aims to examine and find answers to the level of need for futsal coaches in Gresik Regency for digitalization-based training programs in accordance with the existing developments. This research method is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach that describes certain symptoms, phenomena or events. The target of this research is the futsal coaches in Gresik Regency who already have a national futsal coaching license as many as 14 coaches. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using percentages manually. The results showed that the level of need for futsal coaches in Gresik Regency for digitalization-based training programs was 35.7% in the moderate category. This is because the coach is still technologically challenged and there are no special facilities for creating digital-based training programs from the club. Based on the results of this research, the trainer can start implementing a digitalization-based training program in accordance with the development and according to existing conditions to support the success of the process of an exercise.
The purpose of this study is to improve the learning results of basic football lesson through implementation of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) with the help of audio visual media at the Department of Sport Coaching Education, Surabaya State University to study the applied learning model. In this study using Classroom Action Research Methods (Classroom Action research). Research subjects used amounted to 36 people. The result of the research is the improvement of the basic football dribble technique which is shown on the average of the learning outcomes obtained in cycle I are 7 very good people (19,44%), 23 good people (63,89%) and 6 people enough ( 16.67%), with the success of classical action (83.33%), based on the success range of 65% - 84% are in the Good category. In the second cycle of 7 people very good (19.44%), 27 good people (75%), and 2 people (5.56%), classical action success (94.44%), based on the success range of 85% -100% is in very good category with 11,11% increase from cycle I. Based on result of cycle I and II it is concluded that the learning result increase through model of learning NHT and audio visual media.
