The article provides a grammatical and semantic representation of the meaning of "politeness". There are grammatical forms that give the semantics of politeness, their types, semantic differences, language units and speech forests used depending on age and genetic characteristics, their morphological structure and syntactic connections, semantics. "Language translations with the participation of a polite word-Proverbs and phraseological units, as well as" politeness", without the presence of the word "politeness", proved on the example of the Kazakh language. The functional use of language units, which gives the meaning "not polite, rude", is a word, the meaning of reliability, transmitted through the meaning of "politeness", is proved by pagan data.
