This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention through planned behavioural control, subjective norm, and entrepreneurial attitude. The previous studies related to applying the theory of planned behaviour focused on identifying the factors that determine entrepreneurship behaviour. This study is more concerned with identifying factors affecting entrepreneurial intention, attitude, and behaviour of university students majoring in business and non-business enrolled entrepreneurship courses. The research methodology uses quantitative research with a purposive sampling method that selects 450 samples based on specific criteria. The data analysis uses the SmartPLS for analysing discriminant validity and AMOS for testing the conceptual model. Entrepreneurship education in business students and non-business (education) students influences student's entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviour. The entrepreneurial intention, perceived behaviour, and entrepreneurship attitude in business students are higher than those of non-business students.
This study aims to analyze the effect of psychological well-being and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction in institutions x. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a total of 36 educators working under 10 years. This type of research is quantitative research. The statistical analysis used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with the help of SPSS IBM Version 20.0 software. The results of this study indicate that psychological well-being has no significant effect on job satisfaction. But psychological empowerment has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, and psychological well-being and psychological empowerment have a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Employees become movers in all types of businesses. Good or bad depends on the job performance of its employees. Therefore, managers are currently starting to discuss investments that consist of coaching for employees. Intense inter-company relations, so that inter-company relations will affect his work and will have an impact on his Job performance. For the sake of hope is to improve employee performance and development. the purpose of the research is to find out the effect of coaching on the job performance that is moderated by co-worker support. This study discusses the relationship between providing coaching to XYZ employee job performance in a company that is moderated by co worker support. This study will explore the exploration of training provided to employees. The sample size of this study is 80 employees and author use PLS (Partial Least Square) to measure the research model. The results of the study explain significant coaching on job performance. However, mentoring is moderated by the support of coworkers is not significantly approved for job performance.
