AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap hakikat ilmu pengetahuan yang bersumber dari filsafat pendidikan melalui perspektif ontologi bahasa dan budaya. Sejatinya bahwa bahasa itu sendiri bagian dari budaya, budaya dan bahasa sebagai dua sistem yang berdiri sendiri dalam memperoleh kebenaran-kebenaran ilmiah.Fakta saat ini menggambarkan bahwa rasa ingin tahu dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan mendorong manusia untuk kagum akan segala sesuatu yang ada di alam, dan bahkan dirinya sendiri menggiring pada alam filsafat itu sendiri. Filsafat itu tumbuh, jika manusia mulai dengan bertanya-tanya disertai rasa kagum dan rasa heran, sehingga berfilsafat mulai dengan keinginan bertanya.Bahasa dalam gerbang filsafat pendidikan dapat memposisikan bahasa dan budaya melalui perspektif ontologi sebagai bagian vital yang dihadapi manusia sepanjang hidupnya. Manusia selalu melakukan aksi dan reaksi sehingga manusia itu dinamis serta membentuk keberadaannya. Bahasa dalam gerbang filsafat pendidikan dapat dieksplorasi melalui perspektif ontologi, yakni (1) ranah filsafat bahasa, (2) ranah filsafat pendidikan, dan (3) bahasa dan budaya dalam kajian ontologi. Genuinely, language is a part of culture; language and culture are two systems independently standing in acquiring the scientific thruth.The current facts show that the curiousity in the perspective of education philosophy has encouraged human beings to admire all things in the nature, even themselves driving to the philosophical nature itself. Philosophy grows as human beings ask questions accompanied by admiration and astonishment. Consequently, philosophy begins with desire for questioning.Language on the gate of education philosophy promote language and culture through ontological perspective as a vital part faced by human beings in their whole life. Human beings always create action and reaction which results their dinamic life and forms their existence. Masalah kejahatan bahasa akhir-akhir ini menjadi masalah serius yang sedang dihadapi oleh ahli bahasa dan aparat penegak hukum. Masalah kejahatan bahasa ini mencakup: aspek interdisipliner antara dunia bahasa, hukum, dan kejahatan. Fakta saat ini membuktikan bahwa dalam menganalisis Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) tentang investigasi atas sebuah kasus hukum di wilayah hukum Papua Barat, dijumpai bahwa hasil penyidikan maupun penyelidikan memerlukan ahli bahasa. Untuk itu, kajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan cabang linguistik forensik yang hadir menjembatani fakta bahasa dan fakta hukum sebagai salah satu aspek pendukung dalam memberikan pembuktian sebuah perkara di pengadilan. Kajian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan, yakni (1) pendekatan teoretis dan (2) pendekatan metodologis. Pendekatan teoretis adalah eksplorasi teori Linguistik Forensik, sedangkan pendekatan metodologi adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan dimensi eksplanatif. Kajian ini menggunakan teori linguistik forensik sebagai payung utama dalam mengeksplorasi fakta-fakta bahasa yang mengandung unsur/makna kejahatan bahasa. Kajian ini dieksplorasi melalui perspektif linguistik forensik dengan mengacu pada fenomena hasil penyidikan dan penyelidikan kasus di wilayah hukum Papua Barat. Objek dalam kajian ini terdiri atas tiga kasus, yakni (1) Pencemaran Nama Baik, (2) Penghinaan, dan (3) Penipuan. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa linguistik forensik menjadi alat bukti kuat dalam keputusan-keputusan yang berdampak hukum dengan pertimbangan fitur linguistik dan kesesuaiannya dengan fakta hukum dalam mengurai jenis kejahatan pada teks dan konteks serta interaksi antara dua pihak atau lebih dalam tindak kejahatan bahasa.
This study aims to (1) determine the behavior of the community in managing household waste in Manokwari Timur District, Manokwari Regency, (2) to analyze the factors that influence people's behavior in managing household waste. This research was conducted in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed: (1) The overall behavior of the community in managing household waste in East Manokwari District (65.5%) was in the sufficiently supportive category. Meanwhile, as many as 34.9% are in the unsupported category, (2) The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Formal Education, Guidance of Community Leaders, Infrastructure and Knowledge together have an effect on Community Behavior in Household Waste Management. The results of the partial relationship test show that the variables of formal education have a very significant effect on community behavior in household waste management; The variable of direction of community leaders has a significant effect on community behavior in managing household waste; infrastructure and knowledge variables did not affect people's behavior in household waste management.
ABSTRAKMakalah ini membahas tentang diplomasi bahasa yang dalam tulisan ini, istilah tersebut merujuk pada suatu cara, suatu strategi, suatu kiat, atau suatu taktik atau suatu kebijkan yang dirancang secara sitematis dan terstruktur untuk mengembangkan dan membina bahasa (Indonesia) baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa diplomasi bahasa mampu dijabarkan dalam tiga poin berikut yang terbukti sangat efektif untuk mempertahankan dan melestarikan bahasa daerah dalam rangka memperkaya keragaman bahasa nasional. Ketiga hal dimaksud adalah (1) pemodelan solusi konflik komunitas atau multibahasa, (2) penyebaran bahasa negara dan peningkatan fungsi bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa internasional, khususnya pada forum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), menguatkan identitas ke-Indonesia-an melalui penyebaran bahasa Indonesia dan (3) peningkatan kompetensi berbahasa asing strategis dan penerjemah. Kata kunci: APEC, Legitimasi, dan Signifikasi ABSTRACT APEC discourse in this study shall be explored through critical paradigm to conduct reflexive construction on the experience of tourism discourses that grow and develop in the society of tourism in Bali. The focus of this study on the APEC discourse includes (1) legitimate and (2) signification of discourse construction which directliy impact on economy of Bali through critical discourse analysis (CDA). This perspective provides the emphasis on tourism determination and creative aconomy,that is everything that in progress, will and later happens through APEC discourse, and directly impact on the economic power. Legitimate will assist to make objectivation which is formed to be availabled objectively and make sense subjectively. While, signification is one of discourse structure which refer to a system obliged to the available of relation which can not be separated between a sign and reality which becomes its reference and also has the iconic characteristic. APEC 2013 which is said to be conducted in Bali, will has a big impact on the development of tourism sector. At least, signification of change and the dynamics which occur in national, regional, and international level will be constructed and utilized collectively in solving the same problems among APEC countires. For CDA analysis, the language fact is obtained from the mass media (Bali local newspaper), those are (1) Bali Post and (2) Media Bali Promosi.
The environment around Junior High School Negeri 22 Satu Atap Mubri can be a medium of learning in the teaching and learning process. The use of the environment as a learning medium has a positive impact on increasing student interest in learning. This is because when students study outside the classroom, students are faced with the real situation so that students tend to be active and do not get bored quickly in the learning process. From the surrounding environment, there is also much that can be taught, introduction to ecosystems such as plants and animals. This research uses quantitative and qualitative. The research location at SMP Negeri 22 Satu Atap Mubri North Manokwari District is a case study in that school. The research used the method of field observations, interviews and student ability tests on 28 students who sat in class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Mubri. The results of the pre-test and the final test show an interesting comparison, namely the number of students who scored Very Good (VG) on the pre-test was only two students (7.14%) while in the final test there was an increase where as many as 16 students (57.14%) got The SB value means that the comparison between the pre-test and the final test has a good increase of 50%. Meanwhile, students who scored Good (B) only increased by one (1) point. The results of the pre-test there were 5 students who got good scores while in the final test there were 6 students or an increase of 1 point or from 17.86% increased to 21.43%. Sufficient Value (C) decreased, namely from 10 or 35.71% of students in the pre-test down to 4 students in the final test (14.29%) thus there was a decrease of 6 points. A sharp decrease actually occurred in the Less (K) score, where from 9 (nine) students who scored less on the Pre-Test test at the end of the final test to zero (0%). Meanwhile, for Very Less (K) scores there was no change. namely between the pre-test and the final test as many as 2 students or as much as 7.14%.
