ZusammenfassungEs wurden die Unterschiede der Yttrium-Biokinetik an männlichen, tumortragenden Mäusen bei Variationen der Applikationsart (intraperitoneal bzw. intratumoral) und des Tumortyps (Mammakarzinom, Melanom) nach Applikation von 87Y-Zitrat und eines 87Y-NTA-EDTMP-Ca-Gemisches untersucht. Die Applikation des 87Y als NTA-EDTMP-Ca-Zubereitung führte im Vergleich zur bisher applizierten Zitrat-form zu einer ähnlichen Radionuklidanreicherung im Tumor bei deutlich günstigeren Tumor/Untergrund-Verhältnissen. Melanome zeigten dabei eine 2-3fach höhere Radionuklidanreicherung als Mammakarzinome. Intratumorale Applikationen führten zu hohen Initialaktivitäten im Tumor; danach stellten sich etwa 4 h p. i. im Tumor Radioaktivitätskonzentrationen ein, die mit denen nach intraperitonealer Applikation vergleichbar waren. Die Applikation des EDTMP-haltigen Gemisches verspricht im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen Zitratform höhere Strahlendosen im Tumor bezogen auf die Ganzkörper-Strahlenexposition. Die Konsequenzen für eine mögliche Tumortherapie werden weiter untersucht.
