In adolescents, the iron not only functions as energy metabolism in the body but also helps to improve learning achievement. Iron deficiency can lead to fatigue, and the concentration, memory and learning abilities can be disrupted. It can also lead to anemia, especially in young women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leaf moringa capsules on the hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls in Sabbihisma Junior High School. This research used a quasi method of pretest and posttest experiment with control group design. The sample of the study were 32 people, 16 cases (moringa leaf capsule) and 16 control groups. Data collection was done through observation and laboratory examination of hemoglobin levels before and after treatment. The data were tested with paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in female hemoglobin levels in the case group with p = 0,000, while the control group was not significant with p = 0,091.

Prevention and control hypertension with medication adherence and adherence to diet hypertension, a healthy diet with Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension (DASH) and regular exercise. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between diet and exercise habits a blood pressure of hypertension sufferers at Nanggalo Padang Community Health Center Year 2018. Subjects and Method: Analytical descriptive research type, cross-sectional design. The population of the study was all hypertensive patients who came to the Nanggalo Padang Community Health Center in the year 2018. The sample size was 38. Data were collected using questionnaires. Accidental sampling technique. Univariate data analysis is presented with a frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical test; 95% confidence degree with α = 0,05 if p ≤ α (0,05). Result: Of research (57,9%) diet less good. (52.6%) bad exercise habits, (60,5%) is not within normal blood pressure. There is a significant relationship between a diet a normal blood pressure of hypertension patients and there is a significant relationship between exercise habit a normal blood pressure of hypertension patients at Nanggalo Padang Community Health center Year 2018. Conclusion: Health officers are advised to provide counseling, displaying posters and exercise patterns of hypertension patients waiting room.
Criticism of modernists who think negatively of the Selametan tradition, it is necessary that positive spiritual values be re-appeared in the Selametan series and tradition. The "Sapparan" tradition carried out by the majority of rural Muslim communities in Probolinggo district is a religious tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation as a form of cultural acculturation from the ancestors. The "Sapparan" tradition is expected to be a solution in creating a harmonious and peaceful Muslim community in Probolinggo Regency. The "Sapparan" tradition is also a means of maintaining and developing Islamic traditions that still exist today. The purpose of this research is to reveal; The first is the "Sapparan" tradition as a form of acculturation of culture and Islam. Second, the function of the "Sapparan" tradition in the life of the people of Probolinggo Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method through a phenomenological approach. The results (findings) of this study are first, the "Sapparan" tradition is a religious tradition for the Muslim community as a form of acculturation of culture and Islam. Second, as a means of friendship between villagers who teach togetherness and harmony and create peace. Third, as a community Islamic motivation, the implementation is only once a year, in which there are readings of istighosah, tahlil, sholawat julus, sholawat qiyam and prayer for the month of shofar with the aim of being given safety and launching fortune by Allah SWT. Abstrak:Kritik terhadap kaum modernis yang beranggapan negatif terhadap tradisi Selametan, maka perlu kiranya nilai-nilai spirtual positif dimuculkan kembali dalam rangkaian dan tradisi Selametan. Tradisi “Sapparan” yang dilakukan oleh mayoritas masyarakat Muslim pedesaan kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan tradisi keagamaan yang diwariskan secara turun temurun sebagai bentuk akulturasi budaya dari nenek moyang. Tradisi “Sapparan” diharapkan menjadi solusi dalm menciptakan masyarakat Muslim di Kabupaten Probolinggo rukun dan damai. Tradisi “Sapparan” juga menjadi sarana dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan tradisi keIslaman yang tetap eksis hingga saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap; pertama Tradisi “Sapparan” sebagai bentuk akulturasi budaya dan Islam. Kedua, Fungsi tradisi “Sapparan” dalam kehidupan masyarakat Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metde penelelin yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil (temuan) penelitian ini adalah pertama, Tradisi “Sapparan” merupakan tradisi keagamaan bagi Masyarakat muslim sebagai bentuk akulturasi budaya dan Islam. Kedua, sebagai sarana silaturrahmi antar warga desa yang mengajarkan kebersamaan dan kerukunan serta menciptakan kedamian. Ktiga, sebagai motivasi keIslaman masyarakat pelaksanaannya hanya 1 tahun sekali, didalamnya terdapat bacaan istighosah, tahlil, sholawat julus, sholawat qiyam dan doa bulan shofar dengan tujuan agar diberi keselamatan dan dilancarkan rejekinya oleh ALAH SWT.
Islamic/religious spiritual activities carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo aim to familiarize a student or group in realizing faith and piety to Allah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to analyze the implementation of Islamic spiritual activities so as to form the religious values inherent in students. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are Islamic spiritual activities become an offer and practical solution in instilling religious values in students in educational institutions. In practice, it can be divided into four parts, namely daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Through some of these activities, it has produced very significant results, namely the creation of a young generation who has a spiritual attitude and has a high awareness of religious values in the surrounding environment, reduced social conflicts without blame one another. The aim of this research is to analyze the internalization of the value of Islamic religious education through the "Friday Shodaqoh" activity to form the students of MA Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan to have social care attitudes and good attitudes towards fellow human beings and apply them in everyday life. This descriptive qualitative research, data collection through direct observation to the field, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are MA Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan programs religious extracurricular activities with Friday Shodaqoh activities, the habit of "Friday Shodaqoh" is an activity in the form of infaq every Friday which is sunnah1 and has been carried out for more than 4 years. This infaq activity is not determined in nominal value, after the collected funds are handed over to the treasurer or homeroom teacher, then it is coordinated by the teacher in charge of holding the infaq money. pedicab drivers and others. The formation of social care attitudes in students can be seen from the patterns of thinking, attitudes and behavior that are getting better day by day.

Secara aplikatif rosulullah mengajarkan dan mempraktekkan melaui perbuatannya (hadist fi’liah) dalam mengendalikan emosi dan menghadirkan kecerdasan baru yaitu kecerdasan emosional. Beberapa teknik pengendalian diri yang diajarkan oleh Rosulullah SAW dalam kitab Al-Hadist An Nabawiy Wa Al-Ilm an-Nafs. adalah dengan cara; 1) Relaksasi tubuh (duduk dan berbaring), 2) Berwudlu, 3) Pengalihan perhatian dan 4) Membaca kalimat Thayyibah. Manfaat yang didapatkan dalam pengendalian diri ini adalah 1) menjernihkan fikiran, 2) Mental yang Stabil, 3) Disukai orang-orang sekitar.
The rise of theft, robbery, gambling and drug users by the youth of Negorejo Village, Lumbang District, Probolinggo Regency causes mental loss, addiction, and prolonged depression that can affect their peers and minors. The presence of Hadratus Shaykh Habib Ali Bin Muhammad al-Habsyi in 2017 brought solutions and significant changes in overcoming one of these problems by establishing the Pettengan Shalawat Council. The Pettengan Shalawat Assembly is a prayer assembly held at night to instill character values. Since the implementation of Shalawat Pettengan, youths are more civilized and have character; this is evidenced by the low level of drug users by young people, who are starting to realize the true meaning of life and the purpose of life. The implementation of the Pettengan Shalawat aims to grow awareness in shaping the character of youth and society so that they can communicate and establish good relationships with God (hablun min Allah) and others (hablun minannas). In this case, the existence of the Pettengan prayer meeting can direct, guide, and make people moral, dignified, and have a character so that they are helpful to the nation and religion.
