ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar mata kuliah Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah bagi mahasiswa Program S1 PGSD di Universitas Terbuka, dengan memasukkan materi hak anak, perlindungan anak, kekerasan terhadap anak, dan sekolah ramah anak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul bahan ajar yang diberi nama Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Ramah Anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian multi years yang berlangsung selama dua tahun. Tahun 2014 ini, dilakukan uji coba pembelajaran dan materi bahan ajar Bahan Ajar Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Ramah Anak yang telah ditemukan di tahun pertama, melakukan evaluasi dan revisi terhadap bahan ajar dan model pembelajaran MBSRA yang dikembangkan. Data penelitian hasil belajar dan penilaian mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar MBSRA dikumpulkan melalui tes dan instrumen. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjawab soal-soal pada bahan ajar MBSRA adalah 90,14 atau nilai A. Sementara itu, hasil penilaian mahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Ramah diperoleh hasil 94,91% , mahasiswa menilai bahan ajar MBSRA dengan kategori baik sampai dengan sangat baik Kata kunci: bahan ajar, manajemen berbasis sekolah, sekolah ramah anak. ABSTRACTThis study aims to find teaching materials School-Based Management courses by incorporating materials child rights, child protection, child abuse, and child-friendly schools. This research will produce teaching materials module named Child Friendly School Based Management. This study was a multi-year study, which lasted for two years. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadappelayanan UPBJJ-UT Medan dan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh signifikan variabel keandalan(reliability), ketanggapan (responsivenes), keyakinan (assurance), empati (emphaty), dan berwujud(tangible) terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa secara parsial maupun simultan. Penentuan sampelmenggunakan nonprobability sampling, yaitu dengan cara aksidental sampling, artinya penentuansampel berdasarkan penyebaran kuisioner, yaitu mengirimkan 441 kuisioner ke 26 wilayahpelaksanaan tutorial melalui jasa penanggungjawab wilayah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan berada dalam kategoritinggi. Secara simultan, pelayanan UPBJJ-UT Medan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasanmahasiswa. Secara parsial diketahui pelayanan dari faktor keandalan, faktor ketanggapan danfaktor berwujud berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sedangkan pelayanan darifaktor keyakinan dan faktor empaty tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasanmahasiswa. Pelayanan dari faktor keandalan yang paling berpengaruh secara dominan dalamterciptanya kepuasan mahasiswa berkuliah di Universitas Terbuka UPBJJ Medan.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Pelayanan, Faktor Keandalan, Faktor Ketanggapan, FaktorKeyakinan, Faktor Empaty dan Faktor Berwujud.
