This study aimed to analyze the effects of website design quality and service quality on customer trust, in which customer trust is a determinant of repurchase intention. Meanwhile, website design quality and service quality are also the predictors of repurchase intention through customer trust among the Shopee customers in Jakarta. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and distributed through online social media. This study used 170 respondents acquired through convenience-sampling technique. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The result of this research is that website design quality and service quality positively affect customer trust, customer trust positively affects repurchase intention, website design quality and service quality positively affect repurchase intention through customer trust as a mediating variable.
This research aims to determine the effect of fraud awareness, internal control, and corporate governance on fraud prevention and detection on startup companies in Jakarta. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaire to respondents who work on 15 startup companies in Jakarta. A total of 50 questionnaires were returned by the respondents. The sample was determined by convenience sampling method. In this research, validity and reliability test are tested using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, while the outer and inner model are tested using SmartPLS 3.0. The result shows that fraud awareness and corporate governance have no significant effects on fraud prevention and detection, while internal control has positive significant effect on fraud prevention and detection on startup company in Jakarta.
Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influence employee productivity. The work situation in the company will affect the job satisfaction of an employee. Employees who are satisfied with their work will be more loyal to the company because they think that the company has succeeded in fulfilling the desire of employees in the context of work. This study raises the effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction with motivation as mediation of 115 PwC Indonesia's employees using purposive sampling method and proceed using PLS-SEM. The result showed that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant influence on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction with motivation as a mediating variable.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas desain situs web dan kualitas layanan merupakan prediktor terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, apakah kepercayaan pelanggan merupakan prediktor terhadap niat beli kembali, apakah kualitas desain situs web dan kualitas layanan merupakan prediktor terhadap niat beli kembali melalui kepercayaan pelanggan pada pelanggan situs web Shopee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan 170 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dimana sampel yang dipilih adalah pelanggan situs web Shopee di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas desain situs web dan kualitas layanan dapat memprediksi secara positif kepercayaan pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan dapat memprediksi secara positif niat beli kembali, apakah kualitas desain situs web dan kualitas layanan dapat memprediksi secara positif niat beli kembali melalui kepercayaan pelanggan.
The purpose of this study is to find out 1) whether there is an effect of EWOM on Purchase Intention 2) whether there is an influence of the EWOM on Brand Image 3) whether there is an Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Intention 4) whether Brand Image can meditiate EWOM influence on Purchase Intention. The population in this study were Innisfree products users in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents from Innisfree products users in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was probability sample with simple random sampling method. Overall the results of this study are 1) EWOM has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention, 2) EWOM has a significant and positive effect on Brand Image, 3) Brand Image has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Image has significantly and positively meditiate the effect of EWOM on Purchase Intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat pembelian 2) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Citra Merek 3) apakah terdapat pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Niat pembelian 4) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat Pembelian melalui mediasi Citra Merek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Produk Innisfree di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden pengguna produk Innisfree di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) EWOM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Niat Pembelian 2) EWOM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Citra Merek, 3) Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Niat Pembelian 4) Citra Merek secara signifikan dan positif memediasi pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat Pembelian.
