Clams are aquatic biota that do not have a spine, belonging to the phylum Molluscs class Bivalvia. This study aims to determine the density, morphomteric differences of S. woodiana clams based on depth. The sampling technique used Purposive sampling method, with 1x1 meter plot and repetition 3 times. Data collection was carried out in July 2022 until completion. The results showed that the highest density of S. woodiana clams was found at a depth of 0-50 cm with an average density of 29.3 individuals/meter. Small size clams were dominantly found at a depth of 0-50 cm with a percentage reaching 97.92%, 54.46% of medium size clams were found at a depth of 50-100 cm, while 83.33% of large size clams were found at a depth of 100-150 cm. Anova test results showed significant differences with a 95% confidence interval. At a depth of 100-150 cm, the weight value of S. woodiana clams was 24.87 ± 3.36 grams, shell length 43.73 ± 1.21 cm, shell width 38.73 ± 1.76 cm, and umbo height 22.83 ± 0.76 cm. The results of this study can be concluded that the shallower the waters, the higher the density of shells, but the large size of the shells, the smaller the density.
Each type of plant has a different response to light, there are some plants that are very sensitive to direct sunlight and too high temperatures and some that are not. This research will take part in producing automatic medicinal plant drying products using the PID method and with the help of a microcontroller as an input and output processor, which will be used for the herbal medicine industry. The supply of load that will be used in this product comes from a combination of direct sunlight energy and solar panels to produce the right drying method and as needed. When the solar energy received by the dryer is excessive, the microcontroller will order the cooler to work and when the heat received is smaller than what has been set, the microcontroller will order the heater to operate. This product is expected to help the community and herbal medicine businesspeople to produce good quality drugs and can be mass produced. From the results of the research obtained is testing the heating control system, indicating that the control system can control the temperature in order to reach the specified target.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa testbed yang dibangun berhasil mensimulasikan routing protocol yang ada untuk menghasilkan QoS yang baik pada perangkat IoT.Kata kunci: IoT, routing protocol, testbed, QoS.AbstractAd hoc networks on Internet of Things (IoT) devices have dynamic characteristics where the nodes on this network can operate as routers and move freely randomly without using any communication infrastructure so that the topology changes very quickly along with changes in position. This adjustment has a significant impact on the IoT device's service quality. This study aims to evaluate the existing routing protocols by implementing the routing protocol in a testbed based on NodeMCU ESP8266. It aims to choose the most optimal routing protocol before the implementation process is carried out. This test applies to both existing and new routing protocols. Network protocol performance is measured by the Quality of Service (QoS) value which includes throughput, delay, jitter, and packet delivery ratio in different scenarios based on network load, mobility, and different network sizes. The results show that this study was successful in simulating routing protocol in order to provide good QoS on IoT devices. Keywords: IoT, routing protocol, testbed, QoS.
