The result showed that Aspergillus niger producted highest enzyme of lipase in four days incubation either at coconut oil (0.85U/ml) and coconut dregs (1.81U/ml) as substrat. The treatment of steaming and fermenting of coconut dregs affected of pH, tekstur, color, aroma as will as decreased dry materials (12.75 and 16.24%), crude fat (13.11 and 29.20%), organic materials (5.21 and 16.89%) but increased crude protein (11.84%), crude fibre (24.85 and 36.81%) and extract materials without nitrogen (10.28 and 23.97%) ABSTRACT This research was aimed to observe the effect of usage of Aspergillus niger for fermenting coconut dregs (Cocos nucifera L.) on its nutrition quality. Aspergillus niger obtained from Biochemical and Nutrition Laboratory of Animal Science Faculty on UGM, Yogyakarta was optimalized at coconut oil and coconut dregs as substrat. Variable was perceived for example enzyme lipase production, the quality of physical
The use of computer-based information systems today has been understood by most companies in order to survive and succeed well. The transaction processing system (TPS) is a computerized system that runs and records daily routine business transactions that serve the operational level in the company. Information systems of purchase, inventory, sales are part of the TPS widely used by companies. The problem here is how to ensure that the system is connected to the organization's business plan and information requirements, where often a system that is built is not in accordance with the wishes of the user. Meanwhile, manual information systems can cause problems such as data redundancy, inconsistent data, irregular recording, miscalculations, difficulty in finding data and delays in presenting reports. To build the information system, the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method will be used with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach that uses selected prototype features. The solution is expected to build an information system that can bring together user requirements and help companies process purchase, inventory and sales data in an integrated manner, so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of retail data processing.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities must be carried out at home as a result of the policy of restricting people's movement. As a result of this policy, all learning at the school and university levels must be carried out remotely or online. In particular, universities have not been able to carry out distance or online learning for all courses and all meetings. Of course, during the pandemic, it is a challenge for all universities to be able to carry out distance learning or online learning. So far, all universities in Indonesia are still implementing a blended learning system, or mixed learning between face-to-face meetings and online meetings. Usually 30% of face-to-face meetings and 70% online use e-learning. At University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, e-learning-based blended learning has been implemented and developed since 2012. Even though UNPAB's infrastructure and human resources are quite ready to carry out fully online learning during a pandemic, there are challenges that must be anticipated, namely student readiness. because most of the students are in the area.
