Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Mendeskripsikan kondisi tingkat komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi sebelum diberikan perlakuan (pre test) . 2) Mendeskripsikan tingkat komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi setelah diberikan perlakuan (post test). 3) Menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan berbasis Problem based learning efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. Adapun alat bantu yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala komunikasi interpersonal dan pedoman observasi. Jenis pelitian yang digunakan adalah tes pra dan pasca satu kelompok eksperimen. untuk analisis penelitian penggunaan tes dengan taraf signivikansi Wilcoxon 0,05%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang lebih kecil dari 0,003 <0,05 Ha dapat disimpulkan kemudian diterima
This research aims to explore the risk factors of post-traumatic stress disorder in child sexual abuse victims in Indonesia. Sexual abuse is a lifelong crime in which the victim experiences a prolonged trauma commonly known as post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We used qualitative methods to collect case studies, namely through in-depth interviews and participant observations. The research was conducted on children aged 11-12 years of age who are victims of sexual and experienced PTSD. Our findings reveal that PTSD in victims of child sexual abuse are associated with two risk factors: 1) Internal factors or vulnerabilities in children (i.e., low intelligence, shyness, introvert, and pessimistic personality), 2) Environmental factors (i.e., lack of support from parents, teachers, friends and people around the victim which triggered the development of PTSD).
This study aims to reveal how big the percentage of the ability to manage emotions and concentration in learning, as well as the influence of the ability to manage emotions on the concentration of students in SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. Concentration of learning, namely the ability of students to focus on thoughts and actions during the learning process by setting aside unrelated things. The ability to manage emotions is the ability of individuals to handle their emotions so that they can be expressed appropriately and do not interfere with their activities. This type of research is quantitative with the ex post facto method of data collection techniques, namely using a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests to determine the determination of the instrument. The data analysis technique used Formula C, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling with a total sample of 266 students of class X and XI. The findings of this study can be concluded that in general the ability to manage students' emotions includes recognizing emotions, knowing the causes of emotions, being able to find alternative ways of dealing with emotions, being able to determine how to deal with emotions, emotions expressed appropriately are at a moderate percentage (59%), student learning concentration which includes concentrating, paying attention and carrying out learning according to the objectives is at a moderate percentage (57%). The influence between the two variables is classified as quite strong (23.2%). Guidance and counseling teachers should be able to assist students in maintaining and improving their ability to manage their emotions so that student learning concentration can also be even better.
Communication skills are the main requirements that must be mastered by the counselor in the individual counseling process. The success of the counseling process is determined by the counselor's communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal communication. Individual counseling processes are firmly rooted in the context of complex communication, an understanding of verbal and nonverbal communication becomes very important. The counselor must understand the cultural differences brought by the counselor and the client's culture so that the goals in the counseling process are achieved. The purpose of this study is to describe the verbal communication of Malay, and Batak counselors. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which is to describe or describe the phenomenon of the field in depth. Data collection in this study uses documentation in the form of a counselor's voice recording in the counseling process. Sound recordings in individual counseling have received permission from the counselee. The subjects in this study were counselors with Malay and Batak backgrounds. The results showed that the verbal communication of Malay and Batak counselors in the counseling process used the languages and dialects of their respective regions namely MJ counselors with Malay dialects and regional languages and RMD counselors with Batak dialects and regional.
Dalam Islam untuk mendapatkan kejayaan belajar, etika harus dilibatkan saat proses interaksi antara belajar dan mengajar berlangsung. Dalam konteks belajar dan mengajar dalam perspektif Islam, etika yang dimaksud di sini adalah moral yang bersumber dari Alquran dan Sunnah. Ini adalah hal yang menarik untuk dipelajari. Karena mempelajari etika dalam Islam mengikuti tanda-tanda agama. Ilmu yang tidak bermanfaat bagi pemiliknya tidak hanya ditemukan pada siswa yang melakukan kecurangan akademik pada saat ujian berlangsung karena kurangnya etika dalam pembelajaran. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan bimbingan belajar berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip belajar Islam dapat meningkatkan etika belajar di kalangan siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 34 siswa.Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran tutor berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Islam berjumlah dengan kategori hipotesis diterima. Mengingat pentingnya pembelajaran etika belajar bagi peserta didik, maka penting bagi konselor untuk menerapkan strategi bimbingan belajar berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Islam dengan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan dan membentuk etika belajar pada siswa.
