Selecting and determining the lecturer assistant at Computer Science of Unika St. Thomas Medan are conducted by the phases of selecting and taking value of the test score, the semester of lecturer assistant candidate, the number of classes to be assisted, cumulative grade point achievement, and the score of the assisted course. The Method of Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is in the part of Decision Support System introduced by Brauers dan Zavadkas. This method is the multi-objective optimization technique which is successfully applied to solve the various complicated decision-making and well-used in terms of lecturer assistant selection due to its simple calculation and easiness to understand.

Congklak is a favorite populist game played at least 2 (two) players or in this article were human user and computer (AI). An essential point of playing congklak is to collect as many congklak seeds as possible to win the game, to win form from congklak it need a technique and it’s different for each players. Breadth First Search algorithm is a search algorithm which process to visit each node and the neighbors node to generate optimal graph that gives the best solution to computer (AI) and in this case were to complete the congklak game. Breadth First Search algorithm could be uses an alternative solution for optimal solution to win congklak with the help of mathematical computation.

The cause of the need to be improved is the image of Gorga Batak is caused by several factors that cause the image to be less beautiful if it is interpreted by human beings such as the shape has been blurred (dark) due to shooting / shooting, has noise black spots on the image (noise), and the color is dull out of date. As an effort to improve image, the segmentation process is carried out by doing edge detection on the image, then the Morphological Operation Method will be implemented as one of the methods in Digital Image Processing that implements image quality improvement based on the shape and structure of the image. In this image processing, the Dilation Operation Technique and Operation Technique will be carried out. In Operation Dilation Techniques works by adding several segments (pixels) in the image so as to increase the integrity / sharpness of the structure of the image. While the Erosion Operation Technique will reduce / refine unnecessary parts / segments of the image so that the resulting image looks smoother, so that it can be more interpreted by humans and can be reused both as documentation of regional culture and so on. Using this method is expected to be able to improve and improve the quality / sharpness of Citra Gorga Batak.
