Abstract-This paper discusses the effect of motivation and discipline on employee productivity. Globalization has an impact on competition among the companies to get a higher profit, but they often become obstacles that employee productivity that is difficult to find a solution. This study showed that employee motivation and discipline are working together significantly influencing the productivity. This study used a quantitative research method for data analysis by surveying examining the relationship between the variables. Consequently, this research investigated the relationship between the variables, consists of the relationship between motivation and discipline as the independent variable and worked productivity dependent variable.
Fun work culture create a positive employee attitude and gave impetus to work more diligently and more good.Aims this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment in Bappeda and Statistics of Bone. Research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach (positivism). Explanatory research explains the causal relationship between variables that influence the hypothesis. The results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This organizational culture can be seen from employee empowerment, team orientation, clarity of vision, direction and organizational goals. The stronger the organizational culture, the higher the performance.
The organizational climate is a collection of attitudes and beliefs related to the organization that is perceived and collectively implemented by members of the Organization as a whole. This research aims to know the organization's climate for employees' work motivation at the Regional Civil Service Agency and the statistics of Bone District. This study uses the type of exploitive research with a quantitative approach (positivism). This research uses two types of data, namely secondary and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are using polls, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the organization's climate has a significant positive impact on employees ' work motivation. Create an organizational climate by implementing rules and policies to feel accountable in carrying out duties and responsibilities.
The research article aims to explain the existence and strategic role of micro, small and medium Enterprise (MSMEs) in the economy in a region, the creation of a robust industrial system, and the backbone of a strong economy. This study uses a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods, which describes how government policies in this case the growth of the business climate implemented in silk weaving craftsmen in Wajo District. Data collection technique are observation and interview. The results show that the role of the Wajo Regency government in this case the office of cooperatives and MSMEs is to provide direction and targets to realize micro, small and medium enterprises for the silk weaving industry and other businesses. In this case the role of the government is very necessary in fostering micro enterprises so that they can be formulated in accordance with environmental conditions in increasing the income of small business managers in Wajo Regency.
Entrepreneurship is one of the supporting factors that determine the economic turbulence in Indonesia because in the field of entrepreneurship itself has the freedom to work and independently. The purpose of this paper is to explain the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurial literacy and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in State Vocational School students at City of Parepare. The population is the vocational students who had followed industrial employment practices. The number of samples is 246 students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research (explanatory research). It uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that (1) Entrepreneurial literacy, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial character directly influence the interest of entrepreneurship in State Vocational School students in the City of Parepare. Indirectly, entrepreneurial literacy and self-efficacy influence entrepreneurial interest through the entrepreneurial character of students of State Vocational School in the City of Parepare.
