Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal di secara ilmiah. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 pemain futsal Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di GOR Kota Bengkulu dan Lapangan futsal SMP N 12 Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest – posttest Design, penelitian ini secara objektif atau apa adanya dengan sampel 30 pemain Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t. Adapun hasil analisis Uji t hasil perhitungan antara tes awal dan tes akhir terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil perhitungan peningkatan dribbling menyatakan bahwa nilai t_(hitung )=11,10 <t_tabel=2,001 dengan taraf ?= 0,05 maka H_o ditolak dan H_a diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pemain futsal, sedangkan kontribusi latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap kemampuan dribbling yaitu K=r^2×100%=86,49% sedangkan Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya kontribusi antara latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal yaitu 86,49%.Kata Kunci: Latihan, Lari bolak-balik, Circuit training dan Dribbling

AbstractThis research is aimed to find out the effect of shuttle run exercises use ankle weight and circuit training on increase dribbling capabilities of the futsal player of Jugador Andalas FC Bengkulu City in futsal games scientifically. The subjects of this research are player of Jugador Andalas Bengkulu City. Population of this research was 30 player of Jugador Andalas Bengkulu City. This research was carried out by one group pretest-posttest design and was conducted in GOR Bengkulu City and in Junior High School number 12 Bengkulu City. Statistical analysis used in this research was t test. Based on the results of t test analysis, there was significant influence in calculation result between pre test and post test. The results of this research showed that with 0,05 there fore was rejected and was accepted. It means there was the significant effect of X (shuttle run exercises use ankle weight and circuit training) on Y (dribbling and shooting capabilities) in futsal games, while the contribution of running shuttle run exercise using the foot load and circuit training to the ability dribbling ie K = r2 x 100% = 86,49%. So it can be concluded that the contribution between running shuttle run exercise using the foot load and circuit training to the dribbling ability abilities in futsal player is 86,49%. Keyword: exercises, shuttle run, circuit training and dribbling.
Based on the researchers' observations while attending online lectures, the researcher found that some students did not pay attention to the lecturer explaining, take a walk around , playing social media/games, doing other subject assignments , not having permission to turn off the camera, talking/discussing with the people around him when the lecturer explained, he was always late for zoom so the researchers decided to conduct a study entitled "Student Integrity of STIPAK Duta Harapan Malang Year 2018-2019 in Attending Online Lectures. Here are three main problem formulations that will be examined in depth in this study, namely STIPAK students' understanding of integrity, forms of integrity in online learning and how students class of 2018-2019 realize self-integrity in online lectures. By examining these three things, the research objective is to find out the perception of integrity, forms of integrity and its embodiment of integrity in online lectures. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, because researchers are trying to find the essence or meaning of the problems studied. To optimize the data, this study uses a triangulation data collection technique, the researcher assumes that they will find a clear answer from the existing problem formulation. After analyzing the data obtained from the informants, the researchers found that the integrity forms of STIPAK students class 2018-2019 were: 1) being responsible, 2) time discipline, 3) obeying existing rule. However, in reality not all STIPAK students from class 2018-2019 are able to apply this attitude of integrity. The manifestation of the integrity of STIPAK Duta Harapan Malang students for the 2018-2019 class in online lectures is as follows: first, being responsible for the coursework given by doing it honestly even without supervision from the lecturer. Apart from academic assignments, students also get used to being responsible in terms of leadership that has been entrusted from the campus and from lecturers. Second, time discipline. Students try to use their time as well as possible, one of which is during class hours, students force themselves to continue to consistently attend lectures until they are finished. Also try to get in on time. Third, comply with every rule that exists both from the campus and from the lecturers. The advice given to STIPAK Duta Harapan Malang students in taking online lectures is as follows: Because the lecture process is not directly supervised by lecturers or the campus, students need to get used to turning on the camera while attending online lectures. Students are given the opportunity to be more active in the lecture process such as discussions or questions and answers so that students can focus on attending lectures. With the demands given in the lecture process, there will be a sense of responsibility in students. The advice given to STIPAK Duta Harapan Malang students in taking online lectures is as follows: Because the lecture process is not directly supervised by lecturers or the campus, students need to get used to turning on the camera while attending online lectures. Students are given the opportunity to be more active in the lecture process such as discussions or questions and answers so that students can focus on attending lectures. With the demands given in the lecture process, there will be a sense of responsibility in students. Students need to be reminded again that they are prospective PAK teachers who teach about the truth of God's Word and serve as role models for students. Therefore, during the lecture process students must get used to having integrity in any case, especially in taking online lectures.
This study examines walimatul ursy. The problem is the walimatul 'ursy in the gadang house in Nagari Abai, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. From these problems the question arises how the process of implementing the walimatul 'ursy tradition at the gadang house in Nagari Abai, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. This research is a field research (Field Research). Data obtained through interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data is narrated descriptively. The results are discussed with the proposed theories. This study found that walimatul 'ursy in the rumah gadang is a tradition carried out with the terms and conditions that have been applied and to carry out it must obtain permission from the datuak who leads the tribe and from the Datuak Fourteen. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law, the tradition of doing walimatul 'ursy at the rumah gadang is categorized as something good which is a symbol of the condition of the bride and groom and the bride's family, so it can be classified as maslahah.
This research was conducted with the aim to find out 1) The application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can increase student responsibility, 2) The application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve student learning achievement in Indonesian Language subjects in Students and 3) The effectiveness of the application of type cooperative learning models Jigsaw in improving student learning achievement in learning Indonesian Language Class X in SMA Negeri 1 Gumay Talang, Lahat Regency. The problem in this study is that the learning methods used are less varied, the low attitude of student responsibility in participating in learning. This study used 25 subjects in PTK research, 20 in experimental class research, and 20 people in control class research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and tests. The results of this study indicate that the application of a Jigsaw cooperative learning model can increase student responsibility in Indonesian subjects, the application of a Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve student learning achievement in Indonesian subjects, and the application of a Jigsaw cooperative learning model can effectively improve student learning achievement in Indonesian subjects class X in SMA Negeri 1 Gumay Talang, Lahat Regency.
