Sungkai leaf extract (Peronema canescens Jack.) has been used traditionally to cure various diseases for humans. This research aimed to determine the immunostimulant effect of sungkai leaf extract using the carbon clearance method, the total of leukocyte cells, and the percentage of leukocyte cell types. 25 male mice were divided into 5 groups. The extract was administered orally for 6 days at a dose of 25; 50; 100 mg/kgbw, Na CMC 0.5% as control and Stimuno 50 mg/kgbw as a comparison. The phagocytic index, total leukocytes, and the percentage of leukocyte cell types are determined on the 7th day. The phagocytosis index value was statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan's test. The increase of phagocytosis index showed that the effect of each dose was significantly different (P < 0.05) with Na CMC 0.5% as control. The highest phagocytosis index was obtained from a dose of 100 mg/kgbw. Based on the one-way ANOVA test continued by Duncan's test, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) in the total leukocyte cell and the percentage of leukocyte cell type. Sungkai leaf extract (Peronema canescens Jack.) had an immunostimulant effect on male white mice (Mus musculus L.).
History education requires a new paradigm as the times and society change. The conventional paradigm is considered no longer to answer the needs of society. In addition to the presence of postmodernism that broke the establishment, people today are also faced with Society 5.0. A new era marked by increasingly rapid technological advances and all practicalities must be addressed so that humans remain at the center of life's arrangement. In facing the dynamics of these changes, history education must strengthen its relevance and role for society. This article aims to examine a new paradigm that can strengthen history education as a vehicle for building individual identities as part of society, nation, and citizens of the world. A change in the paradigm of history education is practically manifested in history learning which includes aspects of teaching materials and the learning process. This change is also closely related to the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka program that has been launched. It is hoped that history education with its new paradigm will be more contextual in fostering historical awareness for a more humanist life in the present to look to the future.
The history of Indonesian Chinese society is still rarely studied in history learning at school. One of them concerns the discriminatory treatment of them during the New Order era. This article aimed to describe discriminatory policies against ethnic Chinese during the New Order era, to present it as a history teaching materials, and to elaborate on the importance of studying it for the younger people. This research used historical and qualitative descriptive method using literature. The result showed that (1) Ethnic Chinese in the New Order era received discriminatory treatment in various sectors. It was a violation of human rights and susceptible to trigger conflict. (2) The study of the Chinese people can be served as a history teaching material in the subject of the New Order era. (3) Teaching materials development is expected to be used to create awareness of multiculturalism through history teaching.Sejarah masyarakat Tionghoa Indonesia masih jarang dikaji dalam pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah. Salah satunya mengenai perlakuan diskriminatif terhadap mereka pada masa Orde Baru. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan diskriminatif terhadap etnis Tionghoa selama Orde Baru, menyajikannya sebagai bahan ajar sejarah, dan menguraikan arti penting mempelajarinya bagi generasi muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Etnis Tionghoa pada masa Orde Baru menerima perlakuan diskriminatif di berbagai sektor. Hal itu merupakan pelanggaran atas hak asasi manusia dan terbukti rentan konflik. (2) Studi tentang dinamika masyarakat Tionghoa tersebut dapat disajikan sebagai bahan ajar sejarah pada pokok bahasan masa Orde Baru. (3) Kajian tersebut diharapkan dapat menciptakan kesadaran multikulturalisme melalui pembelajaran sejarah.
<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat literasi multikultural mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah dalam memahami materi sejarah pergerakan nasional Indonesia pada ranah hard skill dan soft skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada keseluruhan populasi yakni mahasiswa Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Universitas Sanata Dharma Angkatan 2015 dan 2016 sejumlah 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tes prestasi, angket, dan studi kepustakaan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi multikultural mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah dalam memahami materi sejarah pergerakan nasional Indonesia pada ranah hard skill termasuk rendah karena hanya 44% mahasiswa yang memiliki pemahaman di atas kategori cukup. Pada ranah soft skill termasuk tinggi ditunjukkan sebanyak 91% mahasiswa mengungkapkan sikap multikultural di atas kategori cukup. Implikasi dari penelitian ini melahirkan rekomendasi akan perlunya revisi bahan ajar sejarah pergerakan nasional Indonesia dengan memperhatikan literasi multikultural pada ranah materi.</p>

Fala Group Indonesia saat ini telah menggunakan media sosial instagram dan facebook, serta situs website untuk melakukan promosi produk-produknya. Akan tetapi, media promosi tersebut belum cukup untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media promosi berupa video company profile PT. Fala Group Indonesia berbasis multimedia, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan dan keyakinan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan produk-produk perusahaan. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dengan analisis permasalahan, analisis SWOT, dan perancangan video company profile. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Pada pembuatan video company profile melibatkan elemen-elemen multimedia seperti video, gambar, teks, dan suara. Teknik pembuatannya menggunakan motion graphic yang mengkombinasikan ilustrasi, tipografi, fotografi, dan videografi menggunakan teknik Animasi.Kata kunci— video, company profile, promosi, multimedia, motion grafik ABSTRACTPT. However, the promotional media is not enough to attract public attention to the company. This study aims to develop a promotional media in the form of a video company profile of PT. Fala Group Indonesia is based on multimedia, so it is expected to increase public interest and confidence in the use of the company's products. The research implementation begins with problem analysis, SWOT analysis, and designing a company profile video. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and literature study. SWOT analysis is carried out to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company. In making a company profile video, it involves multimedia elements such as video, images, text, and sound.
