The purpose of this study was to examine the results of the prediction of breast cancer, which have been classified based on two types of breast cancer, malignant and benign. The method used in this research is the k-NN algorithm with normalization of min-max and Z-score, the programming language used is the R language. The conclusion is that the highest k accuracy value is k = 5 and k = 21 with an accuracy rate of 98% in the normalization method using the min-max method. Whereas for the Z-score method the highest accuracy is at k = 5 and k = 15 with an accuracy rate of 97%. Thus the min-max normalization method in this study is considered better than the normalization method using the Z-score. The novelty of this research lies in the comparison between the two min-max normalizations and the Z-score normalization in the k-NN algorithm.
This study aims to find correlation assessment of Automatic Short Answer Grading (ASAG) by comparing three methods of Cosine Similarity, Jaccard Similarity and Dice Coefficient by providing one reference answer. From the results of computing using Python programming language and data processing using spreadsheets, it was obtained that the Dice Coefficient method had the highest correlation average value of 0.76, followed by Cosine Similarity with an average correlation value of 0.76, and the lowest correlation average value was the Jaccard method with a value of 0.69. The contribution to this study is the use of three methods in one data, whereas the previous research only used 1 method for 1 data or 2 methods for 1 data. So, the value in this study resulted in a more complete comparison and accuracy of data.
This research was conducted to determine the progress achieved and provide suggestions for the implementation of the EBGS service domain in the Banjar Regency Industry and Trade Office. The Electronic Based Government System (EBGS) assessment structure is specific to the Domain 3 EBGS service maturity level in the capability of the function and uses the Capability Maturity Model/Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMM/CMMI) Development method. The EBGS Service domain index calculation is based on the results of data processing from 12 respondents on the EBGS questionnaire, then CMMI Roadmap is mapped based on the EBGS service domain which has the highest conformity value used as the most suitable roadmap, which in this study is the Process Roadmap which then measures the level of maturity of each process area (
Implementation evaluation of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen aims to determine what factors have the greatest successfulness of SIMRS. The variables in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, organization structure, facilitating condition, top mamagement support, and net benefits which adapted from the HOT-Fit model by eliminating the organization environment variable and by added top management support and facilitating condition variables. From this study, we can see that the success of SIMRS implementation in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen determined by aspects of Technology, Human and Organization can be seen that the user satisfaction variable has a positive influence on the net benefits vatiable. Based on the results of t-statistic test by using SMARTPLS software, user satisfaction is the variable that gives the most influence to the net benefits gained from SIMRS.
In economics management is needed periodic data (time series) from production effort in predicting continuation of a situation is action which at one time must be done. For economic or political experts, it seems to be an obligation that must be carried out when they find a situation say just the economic crisis that befell a country with great, to provide predictive reviews about how the impact will be on the continuation of the existence of that country. So from that the aim of this research is to discuss about conceptual and conceptual aspects about periodic data, calculation of straight line trends through free method, half moving average, half average and least number of squares, non linear trend calculation which is trend parabola and exponential trends, calculations for changing trend equations into quarterly and monthly trends, calculations for changing trend equations into average trends, calculating seasonal variation values through simple average methods, ratio to trend, ratio of moving averages and relative berangkai, and calculation of cyclic variation values for annual and quarterly data. The method used during this study took place, namely using a literature study method which functions so that in research, researchers continue to add insight.
