Sozial Extra 7|8 '08 Damit wurde sie auch Teil des "Schwarzer-Peter"-Spiels (s. Kasten) über die Ressourcenverteilung zwischen diesen föderalen Instanzen bzw. den jeweils von ihnen fi nanzierten Berufsgruppen. Als Problemgruppe galten bis vor wenigen Jahren in erster Linie die ca 10% einsprachig deutschen Kinder mit einer medizinisch bzw. psychologisch diagnostizierten "Verzögerung" bzw. "Störung" der "normalen" Entwicklung in der deutschen Sprache, die (sprach-) heilpädagogisch bzw. therapeutisch durch Spezialisten außerhalb von Kita und Schule zu behandeln war. Seit demografi sch bedingt die Besuchsquoten von Kindern aus Migrantenfamilien in Kindertageseinrichtungen -zumindest im letzten Jahre vor der Einschulung -gestiegen ist, muss sich deren (auf diese Situation nicht vorbereitetes) Personal mit einer wachsenden Zahl kaum deutsch sprechender Kinder aus bil-Stichworte Integration, Islam, Deutschkurse, Frühpädagogik, Mehrsprachigkeit, Wissensgesellschaft. Nutzen Darstellung der gängigen wissenschaftlichen Ansätze zur Erfassung und Förderung der Sprachkenntisse von Kindern mit einer nichtdeutschen Familiensprache sowie eine kritische Diskussion der dahinter stehenden politischen Ziele. Das Wichtigste in Kürze Der sich früher quasi "von selbst" ergebende Spracherwerb ("Sprachbad") von Migranten wirkt aufgrund geänderter Bedingungen nicht mehr. Die Wirkung der gegenwärtigen Pfl ichtelemente zur vorschulischen Sprachförderung ist nicht belegt.
