A challenge of adding a new feature to the optical properties of a camera is solved in this paper. Image processing gives the possibility to enhance the quality, resolution and details of images fast these days. Within this paper, the introduced algorithm used to determine the vision angles (horizontal and vertical) of a digital camera (Nikon). The quality and efficiency of the camera are evaluated using determine the spatial resolution of the captured images. A scale factor algorithm is used also in this paper. A mathematical model introduced to describe the camera angle vision. This model works with different zoom degrees and different camera-object distances. Thus, a general mathematical equation obtained which describes the real image. The comparisons between the real and resulted images give a strong matching with small error rate.

The Fuzzy Logic method was implemented to detect and recognize English numbers in this paper. The extracted features within this method make the detection easy and accurate. These features depend on the crossing point of two vertical lines with one horizontal line to be used from the Fuzzy logic method, as shown by the Matlab code in this study. The font types are Times New Roman, Arial, Calabria, Arabic, and Andalus with different font sizes of 10, 16, 22, 28, 36, 42, 50 and 72. These numbers are isolated automatically with the designed algorithm, for which the code is also presented. The number’s image is tested with the Fuzzy algorithm depending on six-block properties only. Groups of regions (High, Medium, and Low) for each number showed unique behavior to recognize any number. Normalized Absolute Error (NAE) equation was used to evaluate the error percentage for the suggested algorithm. The lowest error was 0.001% compared with the real number. The data were checked by the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm to confirm the quality and the efficiency of the suggested method, where the matching was found to be 100% between the data of the suggested method and SVM. The six properties offer a new method to build a rule-based feature extraction technique in different applications and detect any text recognition with a low computational cost.

Mathematical integration techniques rely on mathematical relationships such as addition, subtraction, division, and subtraction to merge images with different resolutions to achieve the best effect of the merger. In this study, a simulation is adopted to correct the geometric and radiometric distortion of satellite images based on mathematical integration techniques, including Brovey Transform (BT), Color Normalization Transform (CNT), and Multiplicative Model (MM). Also, interpolation methods, namely the nearest neighborhood, Bi-linear, and Bi-cubic were adapted to the images captured by an optical camera. The evaluation of images resulting from the integration process was performed using several types of measures; the first type depends on the determination of quality in the regions of the edges using a contrast measure as well as the number of edges and threshold. The second type is the global one that is based on the parameters of the image region, including the Mean (µ), Standard Deviation (SD), and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). The parameters also included the Amount of Information Added (AIA) to the original image, such as those for the total (AIAt) , edges (AIAe), and homogenous (AIAh) regions. The results showed the efficiency of the integration process in the image fusion with different resolutions in one image integrated resolution. The quality measures used were also capable in evaluating the most efficient techniques and determining the accurate information of the resulting image.
