Aminoborane, R2N-BR2, sind isoelektronisch mit Olefinen und schon E. WIBERG 2) berichtete iiber weitgehende Analogien physikalisch-chemischer Konstanten beider Verbindungsklassen. Kurzlich wurde erstmals iiber die Darstellung unsymmetrisch substituierter Aminoborane berichtet und dabei die Vermutung ausgesprochen, daI3 bei Aminoboranen cis-transIsomerie moglich sei3). Voraussetzung hierfiir ist eine weitgehende Beteiligung des freien Stickstoff-Elektronenpaan an der B -N-Bmdung: Tatsachlich lieI3 sich eine Behinderung der freien Drehbarkeit um die B-N-Achse auf Grund von X-BindunSen durch kernmagnetische Resonanzuntersuchungen wenig spater nachweisen4). Die Trennung rotationsisomerer Aminoborane ist bisher nicht gelungen.Eine gewisse Aussage iiber den Bindungszustand in Aminoboranen, d. h. iiber den Anteil der x-Bindung im Molekiil, liDt sich an Hand der Lage der IR-Absorption der B-N-Gruppe machen; die exakte mathematische Behandlung dieses Problems ist aber nur bei bekanntem B-N Abstand mbglichs).
