The extraction of flavonoids from peony leaves was studied recently. We carried out a research on the optimum technology of extracting flavonoids by single and orthogonal factor experiment. Finally we found the optimum conditions were: the ultrasonic temperature is 60 degrees, the ultrasonic time is 20min, the ultrasonic power is 600w, solid-liquid ratio is 1:25. Under this condition, the yield of flavonoids was 1.47% and the content was 8.34%.
In this thesis the chromatography on DEAE-Cellulose 52 was used to isolate the crude polysaccharide from purple sweet potato (PPSP) . To get the purest polysaccharide from the purple sweet potato for the purpose, the influence of different pH environments and whether the fractions eluted with the high and low ionic strength eluents in corresponding pH environment during the elution process had the hybrid phenomenon were studied. Finally, results suggested that the purest polysaccharide of purple sweet potato would be got in the neutral and low ionic strength solution of NaCl when the crude polysaccharide was isolated by the chromatography column on DEAE-Cellulose 52 according to this study, and in this thesis the low ionic strength solution of NaCl was 11.7g.L-1, the elution rate of polysaccharide eluted with it was about 3% and the purity was about 94%.
Extracting dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata by water extraction method. The orthogonal test and single factor experiment were used to optimize the best extraction condition. The ratio of liquid and material is 20:1, extraction time is 90min, extraction temperature is 90°C,holding time is 1d. The results of comparison between two purification methods show: Purify with acetone and recrystallization with water is better. The purity of dihydromyricetin is high to 98%, recovery rate was 59.2%.
The method of using macro-porous absorption resin to rurify coumarins in “Yubaizhi” angelica dahurica was used in this study. A kind of better resin was chosen from D-101 resin and HPD600 resin by the comparison of adsorption rate, desorption rate and purity. The result showed that D-101 resin was better for purifying coumrins. Then these conditions of purifying were discussed. when the sample concentration was 0.1g medicinal materials per milliliter and the adsorbent speed was 1ml/min, the effect of adsorption was better. And per gram resin could adsorb coumarins of 3g sample material. When the eluotropic speed of 80% ethanol was 1ml/min and the dosage of eluent reaches was 7 multiple of bed volume, the effect of elution was better. The result of demonstration test showed the effect of purifying coumarin was better with above-mentioned conditions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
