Scholl, Semp: Uber freie organiache Radikuk (IX.). [Jahrg. 64 noch etwas feuchten Rikkstand mit 70 ccm konz. Schwefelsaure, wobei die Temperatur bis gegen goo ansteigen darf. Dann giel3t man die dunkelgriine Losung in vie1 Wasser, filtriert durch ein gehiirtetes Falten-Filter, schwemmt den violetten Filter-Riickstand mit Wasser auf, macht mit waflrigem Ammoniak alkalisch, filtriert wieder und trocknet den Riickstand im Dunkeln erst auf Ton, dann im Vakuum irber Phosphorpentoxyd. Man krystallisiert 2-mal aus je 10 Tln. siedendem Essigsaure-anhydrid. Das Radikal ist dann nach der Brom-Titration vollkomeri rein.Auf deniselben Wege wurde von Hrn. J o a c h i m D o n a t auch das friiher nach dem alten Verfahren bereitete und schon be~chriebene~~) Fur-I -m -X y l y l -I -o x yperih y d r of u r a n o -a n t h r o x y l -(10) (111, Ar = m-C,H,(CH,),) dargestellt. Beim Zerreiben des gelben, gleichfalls krystallinen, feuchten Oxanthrons mit konz. Schwefelsaure schied sich das griine Oxyliumsulfat z. T. in feinen, griinen Nadeln ab. Ohne Rucksicht darauf erfolgte die Aufarbeitung wie oben und fiihrte auch hier leicht zum reinen Anthroxyl.
