Die Umsetzungen 5-substituierter Tetrazole mit Isocyanaten, Phenylsenftil oder Thiobenzoylchlorid fuhren zu 2-Acylderivaten, die unter Ringsprengung Stickstoff abspalten und bei erneutem RingschluB 1.3.4-Oxdiazole bzw. 1.3.4-Thiodiazole liefem. Aus analogen Reaktionen mit 2-Chlor-5-nitro-pyridin, 4-Chlorchinazolin und Cyanurchlorid gehen kondensierte 1~.2.4-Triazolsysterne hervor. 2-[p-Toluolsulfonyl]-tetrazole dimerisieren sich nach Stickstoffabgabe zu 1.4-Dihydro-1.2.4.5-tetrazin-Derivaten. Bei all diesen Tetrazolspaltungen werden Nitrilimine als Zwischenstufen vermutet.Vor kurzem haben wir die Umsetzungen 5-substituierter Tetrazole mit Carbon-saurechloriden4~ 5 ) sowie mit Carbonsaure-imidchloriden3) untersucht. Schon unterhalb von 100" vollziehen sich im AnschluD an die Acylierung eine t)ffnung des Tetrazolringes und Abgabe von Stickstoff. Derivate des 1.3.4-Oxdiazols bzw. 1.2.4-Trimls wurden als Produkte eines emeuten Ringschlusses in sehr guter Ausbeute gefaDt. Auch die Einwirkung anderer elektrophiler Agenzien ist von einer Ringoffnung der aromatischen Tetrazole begleitet. A. ISOCYANATE UND SENF~LR Die Umsetzungen des 5-Phenyl-tetrazols (I) mit Aryl-isocymaten erfordern energischere Bedingungen als die mit Aroylchloriden4), die bereits bei 60" einsetzen. Mit Phenyl-isocyanat wurde innerhalb 1 Stde. bei 140 -150' 1 .O Molaquiv. Stickstoff freigesetzt. Das folgende Formelschema gestattet a priori keine Entscheidung, ob der Nitrilium-harnstoff II sich unter SchlieBung des Oxdiazolrings zu 111 oder zum Triazol-Abkommling VI stabilisiert. 111 und VI (R = C6H5) finden sich beschrieben 1) Dissertat.
