Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors have attracted considerable attention in recent years. However, to date, there is still no effective approach to produce large-scale monolayers while retaining their intrinsic properties. Here, we report a simple mechanical exfoliation method to produce large-scale and high-quality 2D semiconductors, by designing an atomically flat Au-mesh film as the peeling tape. Using our prefabricated mesh tape, the limited contact region (between the 2D crystal and Au) could provide enough adhesion to mechanically exfoliate uniform 2D monolayers, and the noncontact region (between the mesh holes and monolayers) ensures weak interaction to mechanically release the 2D monolayers on desired substrates. Together, we demonstrate a scalable method to dry exfoliate various 2D monolayer arrays onto different substrates without involving any solutions or contaminations, representing the optimization between material yield, scalability, and quality. Furthermore, detailed optical and electrical characterizations are conducted to confirm their intrinsic quality. With the ability to mechanically exfoliate various 2D arrays and further restacking them, we have demonstrated large-scale van der Waals heterostructure arrays through layer-to-layer assembling. Our study offers a simple and scalable method for dry exfoliating 2D monolayer and heterostructure arrays with intrinsic material quality, which could be crucial to accelerate fundamental investigations as well as practical applications of proof-of-concepts devices.

In order to improve clock synchronization precision of the power distribution field network, a power distribution field network with high‐speed power line broadband carrier communication is designed, and a step‐by‐step precision clock synchronization strategy is developed based on modified timing‐sync protocol for sensor networks. In the strategy, the clock of the central node is calibrated in real‐time as the master clock of the field network by the communication master station through the long‐distance communication network, the time and frequency deviations of the clocks of each node in the network are accurately monitored using the broadcast mechanism and the network time base of the carrier communication, and the clock frequency is gradually amended by re‐calibrating the clock temperature compensation coefficient of the node so that the clock of the node is synchronized step‐by‐step within a clock synchronization cycle. The clock synchronization performances of the field network are tested in the laboratory and jobsite, and test results show that the clock synchronization accuracy of the field network is within ± 0.23 s/24 h, which is 28% higher than that of the power distribution field network based on narrowband power line carrier, and these phenomena of time gap or time repetition are avoided in the clock synchronization process. © 2023 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. As the deep learning rapidly promote, the artificial texts created by generative models are commonly used in news and social media. However, such models can be abused to generate product reviews, fake news, and even fake political content. The paper proposes a solution for the Russian Artificial Text Detection in the Dialogue shared task 2022 (RuATD 2022) to distinguish which model within the list is used to generate this text. We introduce the DeBERTa pre-trained language model with multiple training strategies for this shared task. Extensive experiments conducted on the RuATD dataset validate the effectiveness of our proposed method. Moreover, our submission ranked second place in the evaluation phase for RuATD 2022 (Multi-Class).
