Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan pengembangan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan relasional. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh soal tes yang biasa diberikan oleh guru belum memuat perhitungan secara prosedural, dan masih kurang bervariasi. Dengan pemahaman relasional siswa mampu menerapkan rumus secara bermakna dan disertai alasan, mengkaitkan satu idea dengan idea lain, dan membuktikan kebenaran suatu rumus. Jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi prosedur pengembangan 4-D. Penelitian dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu: Define, Design, dan Develop. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII F, VIII H, dan VIII I SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelaah pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran MEA dengan pendekatan saintifik lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik; dan mengkaji perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran MEA dengan pendekatan saintifik dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik ditinjau dari kemampuan awal matematis (tinggi, sedang, rendah). Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group-design. Dari hasil rata-rata skor postes kemampuan representasi matematis kelas eksperimen adalah 8,44 sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 7,24. Kemudian untuk hasil rata-rata skor N-Gain kemampuan representasi matematis kelas eksperimen adalah 0,66 sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 0,51. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran MEA dengan pendekatan saintifik lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik; dan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran MEA dengan pendekatan saintifik dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik ditinjau dari kemampuan awal matematis (tinggi, sedang, rendah).

Jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) merupakan salah satu jenis jagung yang digemari masyarakat karena memiliki rasa yang manis, mudah diolah, dan memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi. Akan tetapi produktivitas jagung manis di Indonesia dari tahun 2016 hingga 2020 masih mengalami fluktuasi. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya yaitu budidaya tanaman jagung manis masih didominasi penggunaan pupuk anorganik. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan dapat mengurangi kesuburan tanah dan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempelajari interaksi penggunaan pupuk organik dan Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Juni 2022 di Lahan Percobaan Jatimulyo Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya, Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan faktor I ialah dosis pupuk organik (tanpa pupuk organik, pupuk hijau C. juncea 20 ton ha-1, pupuk kandang kambing 20 ton ha-1, dan pupuk hijau C. juncea 10 ton ha-1 + pupuk kandang kambing 10 ton ha-1) dan faktor II ialah konsentrasi PGPR (tanpa PGPR, PGPR 10 ml l-1, dan PGPR 20 ml l-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk hijau dan pupuk kandang serta PGPR memberikan interaksi yang mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, luas daun, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar tongkol, panjang dan diameter tongkol, serta hasil panen per hektar. Pemberian pupuk hijau 10 ton ha-1 + pupuk kandang 10 ton ha-1 dan PGPR 20 ml l-1 menunjukkan hasil panen tongkol sebesar 10,18 ton ha-1 dan mencapai 34% lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan hasil panen jagung manis tanpa pemberian pupuk organik dan PGPR.
AbstraCT[Comparison of Student Learning Outcomes in mathematics using Realistic Mathematics Education Approach and Scientific Approach in SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu] The aim of this research was to find out whether student learning outcomes in mathematics using Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach better than student learning outcomes in mathematics using scientific approach in grade VII Junior High School Number 14 Bengkulu City academic year 2018/2019. The type of this research was Quasi Experiment Research with Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this research were all of student grade VII Junior High School Number 14 Bengkulu City academic year 2018/2019. The sample taken with cluster random sampling technique so that the class VII 5 was obtained as Realistics Mathematics Education (RME) approach class with 26 students and class VII 6 was obtained as scientific approach class with 26 students. The instrument of this research was student learning outcomes test sheet in an essay form. The average student lerning outcomes in mathematics using Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach is 53,5 and The average student lerning outcomes in mathematics using Scientific approach is 43,54. This research showed that student learning outcomes in mathematics using Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach better than student learning outcomes in mathematics using scientific approach in grade VII Junior High School Number 14 Bengkulu City, with tcount = 2,689441 > ttable = 2,008559. This study tries to examine the role of coaching as intervening variable so that job satisfaction variables have a better effect on employee performance variables.This research was conducted on Banjarmasin City government employees in the community service section with a population of 522 people. For the purposes of structural equal model (SEM) processing, samples were taken using the Slovin formula with a 7.5% error limit, obtained a sample of 133 employees.The results showed the first hypothesis was rejected because job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. While another hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on coaching performance, the third hypothesis is that coaching performance has a significant effect on employee performance; the fourth hypothesis is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance through coaching performance.The implication of this research shows that to improve service to the community the government needs to do coaching for its employees.
APOS Model is a model of Mathematics Learning Based on APOS Theory, which is student-centered and has syntax with phases: Orientation, Practicum, Small Group Discussion, Class Discussion, Exercise and Evaluation. The Worksheet is designed to support the APOS model, which is contain activities for each phase. In the practicum phase, the Worksheet contains a command from one of the appropriate computer application programs. In the small group discussion phase, the Worksheet contains questions related to the results of the lab work and new questions that are solved manually by the students. In the class discussion phase, the Worksheet contains a command to present the results of the discussion. In the Worksheet training / evaluation phase the worksheet contains about the Calculus questions. The APOS model has been applied to integral calculus courses by students of class A mathematics study program S1 FKIP UNIB 2017/2018 TA. The aim of the article is to explain that the APOS Model can build critical, tenacious, and confident characters. Data was collected through: observations, open questionnaires, interviews, and results of the Midterm exam and Final Exam. The results show that there was a better change in character after several meetings especially after the Midterm exam. When it came to the integration technique chapter, the topic was difficult but many students were able to study it well. This is indicated by the value of the Final exam. The result which is included in the effective category. There are 5 selected students who are able to complete the Worksheet in Chapter Integral unnaturally, without the guidance of lecturers. It can be concluded that the APOS model can help building critical, tenacious, and confident characters.
