Tóm tắt: Trong Tạp chí Khoa học Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội (ĐHQGHN), Nghiên cứu Giáo dục, tập 32, số 3, 2016 chúng tôi đã trình bày nội dung về "Thích ứng với thay đổi của cán bộ quản lí nhà trường đại học trong bối cảnh đổi mới GD hiện nay ở Việt Nam -Nghiên cứu trường hợp ở ĐHQGHN". Từ kết quả nghiên cứu đó chúng tôi đề xuất khung năng lực thích ứng của CBQL nhà trường đại học trong bối cảnh đổi mới ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Khung năng lực thích ứng của CBQL nhà trường chỉ rõ khả năng nhạy cảm với sự thay đổi, khả năng thấu hiểu những tác động tích cực và tiêu cực của các thay đổi lên mình và nhà trường của mình, khả năng vượt qua thử thách của sự thay đổi một cách có hiệu quả nhất; đặc biệt khả năng thích ứng của một CBQL gắn rất nhiều với kỹ năng quản lí thay đổi ở đơn vị mình phụ trách.Từ khóa: Nhận diện, Thích ứng, Khung năng lực thích ứng, Tiêu chí. Đặt vấn đề *Đứng trước bối cảnh hội nhập ngày càng sâu rộng và nhiều thay đổi của xã hội và đổi mới giáo dục (GD), các cán bộ quản lí (CBQL) nhà trường nói chung và của trường đại học nói riêng cần có những thích ứng để phát triển. (2009) [2], thì khả năng thích ứng của một người có thể được nhận diện qua khả năng đồng hóa và thích nghi với thay đổi; nhận diện thông qua khả năng phân tích tác động của thay đổi lên bản thân và khả năng ứng phó chủ động với thay đổi của hoàn cảnh cũng như khả năng Giáo dục, Tập 33, Số 2 (2017) [33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43] 34 lường trước được hậu quả của hành động để tạo ra những thay đổi của chính mình nhằm đáp ứng được các yêu cầu thay đổi của bối cảnh… Theo quan điểm ở "Tứ thư lãnh đạo" của Hòa Nhân [3] thì một người có khả năng thích ứng tốt nếu làm chủ được "Lục tri" (6 biết): Đ.X. In neurodegenerative disorders activated glial cells overproduce NO and iNOS, which causes neurotoxicity. Here, we examined the action of fucoidan on TNF‐α and IFN‐γ(T/I‐) induced NO production in C6 cells. Fucoidan suppressed T/I‐induced NO production and iNOS expression. In addition, fucoidan inhibited T/I‐induced AP‐1, IRF‐1, and p38 MAPK activation and induced SR‐B1 expression. Blocking of SR‐B1 didn't reverse the inhibitory effect of fucoidan on T/I‐ stimulated NO production. However, inhibition of SR‐B1 expression by siRNA increased iNOS expression and p38‐p in T/I‐stimulated C6. Also, fucoidan directly increased SR‐B1 expression and which was associated with p38 MAPK activation. Overall, p38 MAPK, AP‐1, and IRF‐1 play an important role in the inhibitory effect of fucoidan on T/I‐stimulated NO production, and intracellular SR‐B1 expression may be related to the inhibition of iNOS expression by fucoidan via regulation of p38‐p. It has been shown that glial cells and macrophages have many both similar and different characteristics including signalings responsible for production of NO. In the present study, we examined the effect of fucoidan on NO and iNOS production induced by TNF‐α and IFN‐γ, comparing between Raw264.7 and C6 cells. Our data shows that fucoidan affects only IFN‐γ‐induced iNOS but not TNF‐α‐induced iNOS in both cells. Elucidating mechanisms underlying effect of fucoidan on IFN‐γ signaling, we found that fucoidan inhibited IFN‐γ‐induced iNOS expression in C6 cells via inhibition of JAK/STAT and p38 activation. In contrast, in Raw264.7, fucoidan increased IFN‐γ‐induced iNOS via increase TNF‐α production which is negatively regulated by p38. We also found that the effect of fucoidan on Raw264.7 was not mediated by SR‐A1, a well‐known receptor of fucoidan, suggesting the involvement of other receptors.
