Banyak sekali perusahaan baru bermunculan dengan berbasis teknologi digital. Perusahaan ini menawarkan layanan dengan menggunakan aplikasi baru untuk konsumen berbelanja. E-commerce marketplace merupakan salah satu sarana berbelanja melalui internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dan termasuk penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif.. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive cluster sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 mahasiswa. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan uji prasyarat yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Trust In Online Store dan Perceived Risk secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Niat beli online pada PT. Produk UMKM “made in Indonesia” melalui penggunaan e-commerce marketplace. Variabel Perceived Usefulness secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat beli online sedangkan Perceived Ease Of Use, Trust In Online Store dan Perceived Risk secara parsial mempunyai pengeruh signifikan terhadap Niat beli online pada Produk UMKM “made in Indonesia” melalui penggunaan e-commerce marketplace. Variabel Perceived Usefulness mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap Niat beli online pada Produk UMKM “made in Indonesia” melalui penggunaan e-commerce marketplace.
The purpose of implementing this PkM is to help women in the Kedung Aren Tourism Village to continue working in developing the batik industry, such as (1) Making batik motifs based on their local wisdom (2) Improving their ability to make batik with natural colors (3) Knowing the cost of production from the manufacture of one batik cloth (4) Knowing the profit derived from the sale of one batik cloth. The method used is counseling and training involving 10 participants. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the ecoprint group's understanding of leaves that could be used in the ecoprint process. Currently partners also have a clear organizational structure, there is an increased understanding of making batik with ecoprint techniques and service partners already have their own ecoprint production tools and available capital.

Gojek merupakan salah satu perusahaan besar berbasis teknologi digital yang sedang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat menuntut karyawan selalu belajar menggunakannya dan melakukan knowledge sharing. Gojek selalu mengembangkan banyak layanan baru untuk membidik peluang bisnis baru. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh langsung employee engagement terhadap knowledge sharing dan kinerja, maupun peran knowledge sharing sebagai mediasi antara employee engagement terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek di Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi Gojek di Yogyakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 pengemudi Gojek. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan antara employee engagement terhadap knowledge sharing dan kinerja, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja. Hasil lainnya juga mengungkapkan bahwa knowledge sharing dapat memediasi pengaruh antara employee engagement terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek.
This research is motivated with the lack of optimal public services in village offices in the Karangrejo sub-district, which is related to the principles of good governance, including accountability, transparency and participation. Theoritically, the application of accountability, transparency and good participation will produce good public services. Further, the basic principles that can be applied in government to improve public services are accountability, transparency and participation from the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of accountability, transparency and participation on public services quality in the Village Offices of Karangrejo Subdistrict. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this study is the correlation with the sampling technique using cluster sampling where all samples from the entire village office of Karangrejo Subdistrict. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people using the Slovin formula for sampling in each village. Data collection used by the techniques of using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is OLS. Firstly, the data is tested by testing of the validity, reliability and classical assumptions. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of accountability, transparency and participation on public services both partially and simultaneously. Based on the conclusions of the results of the study it is recommended for both public and private organizations to always pay attention to the principles of good governance, if the principles of good governance can be implemented and achieved well it can improve public services. And for the next researcher, it is better to be able to study more variables related to good governance such as effectiveness and efficiency, legal rules and responsiveness that have a significant effect on public services by conducting research at the district level.
