Palavras-chave: Ensino de Biologia; Representação Social; ProfissãoAbstract: Biology is an area of advanced science and increasingly important today, without awakening a greater interest among high school students. Th ese results suggest that part of the problem is probably associated with the way in which teaching is conducted in biology that favors only the representation of names and not in a position of research and knowledge production.
