This study aims to: (1) produce videos that are suitable for use, easy to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to determine the effectiveness of the developed videos on the competence of sewing men's socks. This type of research is step development research, namely: (1) analysis stage; (2) data collection stage; (3) development stage; (4) validation and testing stage; (5) the final stage of product media. The final product of the development of this video is continued with product effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant difference between the results of the research before and after using the product. This is indicated by the results of data processing. It was concluded that learning outcomes after being taught using video were higher than those who did not get learning using video. Keywords: Video, Sewing, Shirt ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan video yang layak pakai, mudah dipelajari dan dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran individu, (2) untuk mengetahui keefektifan video yang dikembangkan terhadap kompetensi menjahit kaos kaki pria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan langkah, yaitu: (1) tahap analisis; (2) tahap pengumpulan data; (3) tahap pengembangan; (4) tahap validasi dan pengujian; (5) tahap akhir media produk. Produk akhir dari pengembangan video ini dilanjutkan dengan efektivitas produk. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan produk. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar setelah diajar menggunakan video lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan video. Kata Kunci: Video, Menjahit, Kemeja
