The objective of this descriptive qualitative research is to explore and to analyze the institutional problems in regional public services. It employed direct observation and interview focusing on the issues of the regional public service institutions. This study was conducted at One-stop Administration system (henceforth called Samsat) in Gorontalo City. The results show that the implementation of the services is carried out according to the standard operation of the services, ranging from the procedures, work duration, service products, and innovation. Nevertheless, the problems surrounding the institution are inevitable. The issues revolve around a) the system and organization of the implementation, b) limited qualified human resources, c) lack of facilities and infrastructures, as well as d) the service strategy.
This Study is aimed to find out: (1) the influence of time budget pressure and dysfunctional behavior to audit quality simultaneously, and (2) the influence of time budget pressure and dysfunctional behavior to audit quality partially. Population in this study are all auditors of Offices of BAWASDA in Gorontalo Province. The study has used a census method, whereas its data collection techniques were done through spreading and filling questionnaires and direct interviews. Hypotheses in this study have been tested using a path analysis. The results of the study have shown that time budget pressure and dysfunctional behavior have simultaneously and partially affected the audit quality.
This study aims to analyse the impact of People's Business Credit (KUR) in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Telaga Jaya District and Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. Based on the results of the analysis, People's Business Credit (KUR) is still a prima donna for every MSME business actor. The ease provided by banks in providing KUR facilities for MSME actors is a factor that causes high interest in MSME business actors to get credit in the Telaga Jaya and Tilango sub-districts, which are mostly engaged in the culinary trade, services and agriculture business sectors. Government support for business actors to obtain KUR facilities is also a means of controlling and supervising the smooth payment of KUR by MSME business actors.
A company that canincrease its value will also be able to improve the well-being of the owner or the shareholders. To a company that issues stocks in the capital market, the stock price in the stock exchange is the indicator of a companys value. Good company value is identified from the companys performance it is also identified from the stable or increasing stock price.This present study analyzed the influence of investment decision and market capitalization on company value. It involved companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and aimed to formulate a matter of consideration for investors. A quantitative descriptive method was employed to investigate the correlation and influence between variables. The result showed that: (1) investment decisionpartially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of 1.721 and significance value of 0.000 (2) market capitalization partially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of -0.163 and significance value of 0.041 (3) investment decision and market capitalization simultaneously influenced company value of companies listed in the JII with f-count value of 330.698 and significance value of 0.000. Moreover, the adjusted R2 test acquired value of 0.924. The number indicated that company value was influenced by investment decisionand market capitalization by 92.4 percent, while the rest 7.6 percent was due to other variables.
