ABSTRAKPisang Kepok (Musa paradisiaca L.) merupakan komoditas holtikultultura yang mudah dibudidayakan dan memiliki nilai produksi yang tinggi di Indonesia. Laju pertumbuhan produksi pisang di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan sejak tahun 1998-2015 yaitu sebesar 0,33% per tahun, sedangkan kosumsi pisang selama tahun 2002-2015 menunjukkan perkembangan yang berfluktuatif namun cenderung menurun dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,53% per tahun. Telah dilakukan kegiatan pembuatan biskuit dengan mensubsitusikan tepung kulit pisang kepok dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Komplek POLRI Jatirangga, Bekasi dalam memanfaatkan limbah kulit pisang kepok menjadi olahan biskuit yang mengandung komposisi gizi yang cukup tinggi dan benilai ekonomis. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan yang melibatkan 15 orang peserta. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaan terhadap biskuit menyatakan bahwa daya terima responden secara keseluruluhan adalah memnyukainya, sedangkan hasil uji proksimatnya didaptkan kandungan karbohidrat sebanyak 62,91%, lemak sebanyak 12,23%, protein sebanyak 7,26%, serat pangan sebanyak 51,21%, kalium sebanyak 3272,69 mg/100 g, energi sebanyak 390,75 kkal/100 g, kadar air sebanyak 8,82 % dan kadar abu sebanyak 8,78 %. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat untuk dilakukan karena masyarakat belum pernah mengolah kulit pisang kepok menjadi tepung yang bisa dimanfatkan menjadi berbagai macam olahan makanan selingan berkhasiat tinggi dan berpotensi dalam mencegah penyakit konstipasi dan hipertensi. ABSTRACTKepok Banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) is a horticultural commodity that is easily cultivated and has a high production value in Indonesia. The rate of growth in banana production in Indonesia continues to increase from 1998-2015, which is equal to 0.33% per year, while banana consumption during 2002-2015 shows a fluctuating development but tends to decrease by an average of 0.53% per year. The activity of making biscuits has been carried out by substituting kepok banana peel flour with the aim of empowering the people of the Jatirangga Police Complex, Bekasi in utilizing the waste of Kepok banana peels into processed biscuits that contain high nutritional composition and economically validity. The implementation of this activity was carried out using the extension method which involved 15 participants. The results of the test level to the biscuit stated that the respondent's overall acceptance was to like it, while the proximate test results were conducted by carbohydrate content of 62.91%, fat as much as 12.23%, protein as much as 7.26%, food fiber as much as 51.21%, potassium as many as 3272.69 mg / 100 g, energy as many as 390.75 Kcal / 100 g, water content of 8.82% and ash content was 8.78%. This community service activities are very useful to do because the community has never processed Kepok banana peel into flour that can be widely used into various kinds of high-purpose foods with high efficacy and potentially in preventing constipation and hypertension. Lombok island is included in one of the areas prone to earthquakes due to the existence of a subduction zone resulting from the meeting of the Indian-Australian Plate. In this study, the magnetic method was used to determine the subsurface structure of the fault as a research objective. The instrument used in this study consisted of a Proton Precession Magnetometer GSM-19T v7.0 Geomagnet measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.1 nT to measure the total magnetic field strength. Garmin 60CSx GPS to determine position (latitude and longitude), elevation, time and point of measurement location. The geological compass determines the position and direction of the north-south fault which includes the dip/strike. Some software is also used in processing this geomagnetic data, namely Software (Numeri, Mag2DC, Surfer 9.0) and MS Excel 2013. Based on the results of data processing with 2D and Mag2DC forward modeling, the subsurface structure is obtained in the form of a normal fault, with the average susceptibility value is 0.00605 in Susceptibility (SI) which is a type of limestone. The depth of this normal fault is estimated to be at a depth of 31.5 meters to 74.0 meters.
Papua termasuk wilayah yang rawan terjadi tsunami. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pemodelan tsunami untuk mengetahui karakteristik gempa pembangkit tsunami di wilayah Papua. Biak merupakan wilayah di Papua yang pernah terdampak tsunami. Tsunami Biak terjadi pada 17 Februari 1996 yang diakibatkan oleh gempa dari palung Guinea New di Utara dan sistem patahan Yapen geser di selatan dengan kedalaman gempanya yaitu 33 km dan magnitudenya 8,1 SR. Akibatnya, tsunami Biak banyak menelan korban jiwa dan menyebabkan banyak kerugian material. Pada penelitian digunakan software Tsunami L-2008 untuk pemodelan tsunami. Ada tiga pemodelan tsunami yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu pemodelan sumber gempa bumi sebagai pembangkit tsunami (source modeling), penjalaran gelombang tsunami (ocean modeling), dan ketinggian tsunami (run up tsunami). Hasil dari source modelling berupa nilai vertical displacement -2,5 m dengan jenis patahan naik. Sedangkan ocean modelling untuk tsunami Biak memperlihatkan penjalaran gelombang tsunami mulai memasuki pesisir pantai Utara Biak yaitu di pesisir pantai Korim, Wari, Sauri, dan sekitarnya sekitar menit ke-10. Gelombang tsunami mulai memasuki wilayah Yapen sekitar menit ke-30 dan mulai meninggalkan pantai Biak sekitar menit ke-50. Sedangkan pada wilayah pesisir pantai Biak bagian barat tidak terdapat tinggi gelombang tsunami. Hasil Run up modelling menunjukkan bahwa run up maksimum yaitu 6,89 m terjadi di daerah Korim dengan koordinat 1,22 ˚LS dan 136,35 ˚BT.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Promosi Perpustakaan Melalui Instagram Dalam Meningkatkan Pemustaka Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang terdiri dari 2 orang pustakawan atau staff pelaksana promosi perpustakaan dan 2 orang pemustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa Promosi Perpustakaan Melalui Instagram Dalam Meningkatkan Pemustaka Di Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yaitu dengan membuat player poster lalu di posting keakun instagram disertai dengan caption sesuai maksud dan tujuan postingan, Promosi penjualan, dengan mempromosikan aplikasi tersebut diposting keakun instagram. Pemasaran Langsung, dengan cara menghubungi secara langsung pemustaka melalui DM instagram dan komentar pada postingan tersebut. Penjualan Pribadi, dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung kepemustaka lewat DM dan komentar pada postingan tersebut terhadap informasi apa yang di butuhkan.
PT. Akur Makmur needs the shortest distance solution for the process of distributing goods from the Central Warehouse distribution to branches that need in the City quickly, this solution is needed to avoid congestion and speed in distributing goods, and djikstra in accordance with one of the methods used to renew the shortest path so that the goods arrive on time. PT. Akur Makmur can minimize the costs and time needed to distribute goods. The problems in this study are (1) How does PT. Make graphs in the form of graphs (2) How PT. Accurately determine the shortest distance using the djikstra method (3) Determine the costs that can be resolved if using the calculation results with the djikstra method. In this study, taking real data in the field, then measuring the distance and time to use Google Maps facilities, then measuring the shortest distance using the djikstra algorithm, then compiling the route of the data obtained and looking for the shortest path using the Djikstra Algorithm. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded (1) determining the trajectory in the form of a graphical algorithm (3) comparing the weight of each trajectory distance traversed in the distribution of goods (3) determining the shortest route to be used in the distribution of goods. Advice can be given to PT. Akur Makmur is as a comparison and alternative to the shortest path choice in the distribution of goods.
