Schizophrenia is a person who has a psychiatric problem, or a disturbed personality such as thoughts, feelings, hearing, emotions, language, delusions, and behavior that is not in accordance with other normal humans. Data obtained through questionnaires made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis using Fisher's alternative Chis-quare test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of data analysis showed age variables p = 0.032, family support p = 0.005, and medication adherence variables p = 0.025. Conclusion that there is a relationship between age, family support, medication adherence to the recurrence of schizophrenia in the mental clinic of H. Andi Sulthan Hospital Dg. Radja in Bulukumba District in 2018. Stress is a physical and psychological reaction to any demands that cause tension and disturb the stability of everyday life. Most people experiencing stress are prisoners. The number of fostered residents in South Sulawesi Province in 2018 was 10,286 including 336 fostered residents in Lapas Bulukumba. If this stress lasts a long time, it can have an impact on one's body. Therefore, prevention efforts to deal with stress, are given spiritual support. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual support and stress levels in prisoners with drug cases in Class II A Penitentiary in Bulukumba in 2019. The method of research is using research analytic, with design cross-sectional. The population in this study is prisoners with drug cases. The samples in the study have amounted to 47 respondents with the technique of taking samples using methods of Consecutive sampling. Retrieval of data is done by using a sheet questionnaire on the support of the spiritual and the DASS 42 ( Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 ). Analysis of the data used by using the Chi-Square test. In research, it obtained results that support spiritual support to the category of less stress over lots of 21 respondents (87.5%) compared with the stress of three respondents (12.5%). While the support of spirituality does not support the category of stress as much as 23 respondents (100%). Based on the analysis that has been done by using test Chi-Square, the obtained value p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05 ). There is a relationship of support spiritual with the level of stress on inmates at the Institute of Corrections Class II A Bulukumba. It is recommended to prison staff and health workers in prison to always pay attention to the mental health conditions of inmates. It is expected also on the respondents to increase the spiritual by way of multiplying follow the activities of the religious.
World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 The rate of obesity in children in Indonesia was 11.5% and ranked 21st in the world. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in characteristics of obese and overweight children in coastal and mountainous areas in Bulukumba District in 2018. The population in this study were obese and overweight children in 32 Bulukumba Junior High School, 18 Bulukumba Junior High School, and 14 Bulukumba Junior High School. The population in this study with the number of 423 respondents, the sample of this study were 71 respondents of the sampling technique used total sampling technique. This type of research is analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for differences in the characteristics of obese and overweight children in coastal and mountainous areas in Bulukumba Regency is the chi-square test with the results of the study that most of the students in high schools in the mountains who are obese are 17 respondents (44.7%) and those who are overweight (fat) 21 respondents (55.3). While most of the coastal areas were obese as many as 10 respondents (26.3%) and those who were overweight (fat) were 23 respondents (60.5%). The conclusion of this study is, "There are differences in the characteristics of obese and overweight children in the coastal and mountainous areas of Bulukumba District in 2018. The suggestions in this study can add library references and insights from students of Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba.
According to data from the Bulukumba district health office in 2014, there were 44% malnutrition in preschool children and 2015 there was 53% malnutrition in preschool children due to irregular children's eating patterns. The data obtained showed that the incidence of preschool children experiencing malnutrition is increasing from year to year. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between eating patterns and eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Research Design using Cross-Sectional. The study population was parents who had children aged 4-5 years in Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten which counted 58 people. A sample of 37 people were taken using consecutive sampling techniques using questionnaire and interview instruments. In AL-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, 58 students were formed consisting of 2 groups A and B, and after interviews of 20 parents, there were found that there were those who easily ate 8 people and had difficulty eating 12 people. Chi-square test results obtained P = 0.004. This means that there is a significant relationship between eating patterns with eating behavior in preschool children aged 4-5 years at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District. It is recommended that parents can provide regular eating patterns to children so that the child's eating behavior becomes good.
The phenomenon that is happening now is that many nurses pay little attention to safety and comfort and are not concerned with patient complaints so that patients are less satisfied in the nursing services provided. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction in the Seruni care room at H. A. Sulthan Hospital Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a "cross sectional" approach. Samples were 96 inpatients in Seruni. Sampling in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p = 0.001). The results of the analysis of the strength of the relationship indicate the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a strong correlation.
