3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylalanin (1) und -glycin (2), rnit Schutzgruppen an den Carboxyund Amino-Resten l a -d, 2a bzw. b, wurden mit Glycin, Alanin, Leucin und Tyrosin nach verschiedenen Verfahren zu den Di-, Tri-und Tetrapeptiden 9 und 10 umgesetzt. Als Reaktionspartner von 1 und 2 dienten die Aminosaure-und Peptid-Derivate 3 -8. -Aunerdern wurden die Dioxopiperazine l l a -c synthetisiert. Die beiden Aminosauren 3,5-Di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylalanin (1) und 3,5-Ditert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylglycin (2) wurden von uns wegen ihrer Eigenschaft synthetisiert 2), bei der Dehydrierung mehr oder weniger stabile Phenoxyl-Radikale zu bilden. Als solche konnen 1 und 2 als ,,Spin-Label" fungieren, wenn man sie z. B. peptidartig rnit anderen Aminosauren verknupft. Wir berichten nachstehend uber die Synthese einiger solcher Peptide, die die Eignung jener Aminosauren als ,,Spin-Label" zu uberprufen erlauben.
Synthesis of Peptides of the Amino AcidsSynthetisiert wurden Di-, Tri-und Tetrapeptide mit verschiedenen Aminosauren, insbesondere rnit Glycin, Alanin, Leucin und Tyrosin, unter anderem auch rnit dem Ziel, Vorstufen fur cyclische Peptide aufzubauen.Bei den Versuchen zeigte sich, da13 wegen der Anwesenheit der tert-Butyl-Gruppen sonst gangige Verfahren zur Knupfung von Peptid-Bindungen versagten, so daR die jeweils geeigneten Verfahren von Fall zu Fall ermittelt werden mul3ten.Die typischen Reaktionen einer in p-Stellung zur phenolischen Hydroxy-Gruppe befindlichen Aminosaure-Gruppierung sind bei 2 (Glycin-Seitenkette) starker gestort als bei 1 rnit zwischengeschalteter CH,-Gruppe (Alanin-Seitenkette). Wir berichten daher ausgiebiger uber Umsetzungen von 1.Bei der Peptidsynthese konnen 1 und 2 generell als Carboxy-oder als AminKomponente eingesetzt werden, wofur geeignete Schutzgruppen zu suchen waren.
